Who doesn’t love a WI Supper club?!?! I went on a Saturday in January right when they opened and got a table right away but it filled up fast so I would definitely make a reservation if you don’t want to hang out at the bar. The service was fantastic

My family has been coming here throughout the years. For many years it was our favorite restaurant in the north woods. Though the past several times we have been in the last year, the quality has continued to slip. The food quality feels like it has gone from exquisite to high priced fairly standard faire. Not that we are disappointed in the food, just not impressed either. The tipping point of us and our family’s choice not to return again was after the main hostess approached and started kicking us out all but 5-10 minutes after our last bite. We were still finishing drinks. She claimed it was to “make room for other people”. The bar was more than half empty and she could have just as easily asked us if we were willing to bring our conversation to the bar. Instead of insisting that we leave. This was also quite odd seeing as how she just had spent the past half hour talking to the table beside us who was also finished well before we were even and they still hadn’t even made efforts to leave by the time she asked us to. This made for quite an unpleasant experience.

My first time there thought a supper club meant you dressed up. Guess not. The waitress who waited on us only seen her once. I ordered shrimp scampi when she brought it was only liquid and 5 shrimp with tails still on. No noodles or bread. I wasn't happy and waitress had no idea. Paid $28 for juice and 5 shrimp. I told her they need to get a recipe and learn what it is and how served. I said how am I to eat this use my fingers to take shell and tail off and pick it up and drink out of the bowl. She goes you want a spoon. I was not happy. And never go back there again. It's not a supper club it's just a restaurant.

Long wait time. Was seated under a very cold A/C wall unit which cooled our food off very quickly. Shrimp Scampi was a bowl of wine sauce with 5 shrimp in it….no noodles. ?????

Had a wonderful experience tonight. We started with the cheese curds with homemade ranch dressing. Delicious! The dinner salads came with a deviled egg which was good and a nice touch. The soup tonight was chicken pot pie and very good. For entrees we had filets paired with shrimp scampi. The sauce was so good on the scampi that we ordered extra breadsticks to dip them with. Drinks were very good and reasonable. $5 for a brandy old fashioned! Great service and nicely decorated for fall. Beautiful bar overlooking the lake.

My wife and I stopped in on Friday. We had a wonderful intimate meal. Chowder-excellent. Fish fry (perch)-excellent. Shrimp-excellent. Drinks were very reasonable. Service is always perfect here. We had a fantastic time and the atmosphere put us at ease-beautiful lighting throughout. Looking forward to summer. Thanks so much for a lovely evening. Highly recommend. ***update*** July 2025 We stopped in early to get a seat on the deck. Absolutely beautiful and again, impeccable service with fantastic food. Can’t go wrong, highly, highly recommend. ***update*** Silver birch has become our go to supper club in the Tomahawk area(and there are several excellent ones around)Please keep it up!!!! We have had fantastic servers each time we were there-hope you keep them all over the winter. Thanks for an outstanding dining season and hope to see you again soon. Highly, highly recommend

Good food. Had to wait a while to be seated. Place wasn't very busy just understaffed. Fancy little spot but pricey. Good is worth it. The experience we had this time was not the greatest. There was a very loud drunk obnoxious table.next to us and made the whole experience bad.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night during a supper club tour the wife and I were doing. No reservations but they didn't sweat it just got us a table as quick as they could. We weren't in a hurry as we planned to hit the bar first anyway. Brandy Old Fashioneds were definitely on point and the bartender was fast and funny. We ate inside so they could save their outdoor seating for others. Our server was friendly and fast, salads came out quickly with deviled eggs on them! I ordered the cordon Bleu this isn't something I see on menus alot and they did a really good job with it. My wife had the maple glazed salmon it was cooked perfectly and the wild rice was delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anyone or go again if we find ourselves in the area.
