We went to DQ to get munchies. It would appear Jay and silent Bob were running the show that night. We got good food at affordable prices and the 2 young men working were a barrel of laughs. Hope you 2 boys enjoyed your tip

Ordered on the web and when we got there they were doing all the drive throu order that ordered way after us above ours and we had to sit for half an hour waiting on our food just to end up being short a burger and fries worst experience ever

All I can say is wow, I'm impressed at how the young lady at the counter kept her composure and demeanor while some jerk in the drivethru was honking swearing and pounding on the glass because it was taking some time to get food, luckily he peeled off before the situation escalated, I was not going to stand for his behavior and motioned to him to ✋️ stop and give us a minute☝️and calm it bucko 🤫 to which only pissed him off more. (That jerk wad along with seemingly being short staffed is why I gave 3 stars on atmosphere) After we ordered, The girl was trying to get me a gift card to which charged my debit card but would not activate the actual gift card. She tried everything she knew and called a manager and ended up giving me my money back, I appreciate her not just sending me on my way with a bad gift card, 🙏 had that happen before too, but in the meantime people were piling in and all eyes on you situation. I applaud both the older cook and the girl for keeping calm and getting the job done. Yes it took a while but DQ isn't fast food to begin with and we know that as we come everytime we sneak to the Casino. Well worth the wait!!!! 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 I know it's probably not the busy season but they seem to be short staffed a lot which whatever, it is what it is, also know it's hard to find good help, specially this time of year, food for thought... we'll see you next time 💯

The service was very good. The young man was right on the ball. It was not really busy. But the food came hot and fresh. I had the $7.00 chicken strip lunch that comes with a Sunday. It was very good.

This is the worst DQ I've ever been to.
Not only to they make you 25 minutes sometimes, they also give you melted blizzards....they're also not mixed at all..all the toppings are at the top. Only a third of the blizzard has toppings in it. They also forget parts of your order all the time

Went through drive through 7/13 at 4:30 PM. After waiting patiently at the drive through speaker for 6 minutes (yes, it was 6), I asked nicely if I could place my order. The person responded incredibly rude and sarcastic about how they were short staffed. I get it. No reason to be rude to your customers. Employees should be fired.

If I could give less than a one-star review I would. We placed our order and waited in line in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and did not move. No one in the line moved. There were 2 cars in line ahead of us. I did place a courtesy call to the restaurant to inform them we had ordered and were waiting in the Drive-Thru and told them to cancel the order. In reading the reviews for this particular restaurant it seems as though customer service continues to be a problem as wait times here are ridiculous. Management continues to post they are sorry and that the next time we'll be better and to give them another chance. Do not give them another chance because clearly they cannot or choose not to fix it.

40 minutes to get food. Two teenage staff members literally just standing around. Handed us our “hot food” and then said they needed to get our drinks. Took them 5 minutes to make 3 fountain pops. Didn’t offer us sauces or ketchup. Had to wait to get their attention out of the window to ask for them, then when we did they got the manager to give us the sauces because we were clearly annoyed. Probably the slowest and worst service I have ever gotten. Absolute waste of time and money.

I was very disappointed in the blizzards we received. Went through the drive through and when they handed us the blizzards they were melted and spilling out of the cups making a complete mess and they didn't even apologize or give napkins

I usually go here when visiting family and haven’t normally had any issues however I went to the the new BBQ tossed chicken strips and the Turtle lake, Amery, and St Croix falls WI charge you more for the tossed strips and they don’t even toss them they only give you a side of sauce and when I confronted stafff they were not any help

Very disappointed in the service with staff. I get they're young but none of them had gloves on and were touching all kinds of surfaces and then touching food with their bare hands. I usually have a high tolerance but when I seen the guy grab unpeeled bananas with his bare hands and try to slap them on the ice cream of the banana split and use his bare finger to wipe chocolate up the side of a cup to where people are eating and not wash his hands at all, I had to ask for a refund because I was sick to my stomach and no way could eat that.

My fiance and I stopped for dinner tonight. We were the only 2 in the dining room and 3 staff members working. It's raining and slow. An older woman came in to get food and waited for 5 minutes at the counter. She even asked if someone was going to take her order. One staff member walked past her twice to wipe tables. No one acknowledged her. No one. Staff needs to be retrained and taught that it is a CUSTOMER service job. Customers cannot and should not be ignored. Doesn't the DQ corporate policy state that every customer should be acknowledged within 90 seconds of walking up to the counter? I work in the restaurant industry. If any of my staff ignored the only customer in the lobby, that staff would be told to walk tf out with the customer they just lost and not come back
