Long line, very slow getting seated, even though there were a lot of open tables. Prices really high for what you get and not enough choices on the menu. Food was so-so. Our server was friendly though. She was the only good part about it. Decor was dark and dated looking. Don't see us going back again.

Myself, husband and sister had chicken wings and walleye fingers on 1/3/24 and we all had issues after. The food was very greasy and the only one that ate their entire meal was my husband. Never again, free or not.

Excellent service plus great food!First visit to this newly created restaurant. This space was merged with the former buffet space and it makes for a wonderful dining experience. Our server on this first visit was Breanna and she provided excellent service along with a great personality. I ordered the Wildrice, Bacon and Cheese Omelette with Hollandaise sause and it was to die for. The portion sizes were very good and the taste of our food excellent! So glad we decided to try out this new experience at St. Croix Casino Turtle Lake!

We live an hour and a half from the casino ( there are closer ones to us ) but the drive is worth it. We have always had a fun time and even have won some nice size jackpots. I like that you can smoke in the casino and it has good ventilation so even my daughter who is not a smoker is comfortable . I only gave 4 stars because they do not have drink stations through out so you have to wait at the bar to get a soda or coffee.

This place is complete garbage! The staff does not care to be there one bit. I high fived another player at the table and was rudely told it was against the rules. The floor 'manager' Trent is a complete a$$hole. The food options are so severely limited and over priced. Don't dare show you are having any bit of fun either. They hate that. I want to make sure anyone reading knows I am not saying any of this out of being bitter over losing. I've actually had decent luck there but the atmosphere and staff make sure your visits are miserable. They don't clean well at all. Smoking indoors with poor ventilation. Don't go here. Go literally anywhere else

I started coming to this casino couple time beginning about a month ago because people told me that it was the worst casino in the upper Midwest and I didn't believe it because I used to frequent this years ago when it had wrestling here and I used to wrestle here but we started playing here about three weeks ago.Me and my wife came up here and Had a pretty good time we lost a large amount of money, but we had a good time even getting some food and a Hotel Room Comped. Last week we came back and we lost close to $1000 and were comped the same Stuff then we Received another mailing giving her a $50 and Me a $25 free Play comp, well Tonight I played for a while and am Down again, so if you Know anything about a casino, When you lose money and you use their players club card, you're automatically reimbursed money back in points that you can use to play and gamble s'more the money that I have lost in the last month. I'm gonna use an example here it's not exactly what I lost it's just for an example let's say I played in last $3000 this last month at any other casino. My points would've given me about between $150 - $300 free dollars to play.Just Tonight Alone at Any other Casino in the Country, I Would Have Went into my accessible Free points and would of had at least $80 - $150 in Free Play!!!!!Well, when I went into my FreePlay, I just about had a heart attack because my total amount that they gave me in points was $6 Yes, you're reading that correctly. Six dollars I just about fell off my chair had a heart attack. I went to the counter at the rewards program to ask how much my return is per dollar to my FreePlay and was told by them that I had to come back in the morning and speak to their boss because they didn't know OK I gamble at all the casinos in the country every casino host rewards club member her employee knows how much the percentage is or supposed to know these people had no clue and they acted like the six dollars I got was a lot of money if I go to Vegas and lose $1000 I will guarantee I will guarantee that I have $100-$150 free play on my card plus a free room steak dinner and whatever else I want this place and the rest of these Saint Croix casino's are the most despicable gambling establishments in the whole United States and believe me maybe in the world because I can show you my players club cards from everywhere from Florida to Reno, Nevada to Las Vegas to everywhere in United States by far Atlantic City New York. We spent so much at this casino but they like to cut off people when they are having fun. 2-3 drinks and they cut off for no reason. We work at another casino and we're also supervisors. We cut off people when they can't function, swears, and yelling at the players and floors. So, for no apparent reasons, they always do this.My advice for the floors, go back training to know who should be cut off or not. Thanks for showing an entertainment place that they can't be entertained because of what you think. It's common sense.

If you are up at this casino, this restaurant is a pretty good place to grab a meal.Let me first start by saying their bloody Mary’s are pretty tasty!.The servers are usually quite friendly. The restaurant itself isn’t super large but the line when we wait often goes quite quickly.They put on a pretty good chicken dinner and my favorite is the walleye sandwich. Prices are fair and service is pretty fast.
