Corner Kitchen Family Restaurant

Corner Kitchen in Twin Lakes is an absolute gem! I recently visited and had their chicken sandwich, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with the right balance of flavor and seasoning. The sandwich came with fresh toppings that really brought it all together.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re grabbing a bite with friends or stopping by for a casual meal, Corner Kitchen is a spot you don’t want to miss. I’ll definitely be back to try more items from their menu!

The restaurant seems outdated, at least the pictures on the wall were all sun faded. They do have a veryy big selection on their menu. It was confusing trying to get into the restroom coming from someone who's not from town. you park on the sides and walk around to the front near the street. I got an open face beef sandwich (it might not be called that, I forget what it's called on their menu). It was the meat id except to see on an Italian beef sandwich. It was good just not what I expected when ordering that. My cousin got a chicken breast BLT club (or whatever it's called on their menu?) she said it was just ok. We both got chicken noddle soup, which was not good, no flavor, and the noddles were way over cooked, they must have had the warmer set too high because it was also very hot. My daughter got a grilled cheese kids meal which was the best thing I tried. The waitress was nice, very bubbly and she brought coloring books and crayons for my daughter.

I love this place so much. I always have to stop here when I’m nearby the area. Very easy, convenient, and they have relaxing atmosphere. Their waitress has funny & friendly service. All their food has good quality and portions. I feel welcomed like family on my first visit. I will definitely return many times.

Restaurant wasn't very busy. Only 2 other tables with customers. Food seemed to take a while to come out from kitchen. Waitress was attentive & food was good

Good Morning!This place is much more than a mere restaurant. It’s where you go when you want to be treated like family! I’ve never had a bad meal nor a bad time! The owner and staff feel like family.

The customer service is the worst. The prices are way to much for minimum food. I ordered a ham and cheese omlett and the ham was brown. My toast was not fresh like it was at the end if the loaf. The owner does not take feedback very well if you complain about one thing he yells at you and tells you if you don't like it don't come back. You would think that is main priority would be to make his customer happy, maybe an apology, a discount off my bill, or so21stmething. I found out his wife is the cook so that explains it. We tried ordering take out to give them another chance. My husband ordered wings..... and do you know there were more feathers on them wings like they just went out back and killed the bird. This town does not have many restaurants so our choice is very limited. It will be worth my gas and time to eat elsewhere !

Rude, gets mad when they make your order wrong and forget toast. Like who makes a ham and cheese omelette wrong and don’t EVER include the toast. Always respectfully called when ordered and was wrong and said fix it next time. Now im on their list of cannot serve and there other eat in customers yell at you, which they did to me, telling me I can order elsewhere if I don’t like the service. Which I said mind your own business and one customer had the nerve to push me into the counter while leaving and yelling at me, and he immediately left. The owner only cares about white locals as I have lived here for over 25 years. He didn’t want to address the problem that is in the kitchen, cooking a simple well done ham and cheese omelette with toast, soggy ham and no toast is always what we get and WE TAKE IT AND JUST SAY FYI… so when I went to place my order today by the CRACK HEAD herself she said I can’t be served. I asked why, and asked for a manager and the police was called on me, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT MAKE A SIMPLE OMELETTE WITH TOAST. Yes I can go elsewhere but this is a small town and if I chose your business over others you should be thankful and correct the problem. Stop hiring crack heads and tell your customers to stay in their place. Just fix an omelette with toast right and you’d probably have a higher customer rate! Outrageous

Great food! Meat lover's Omelet was huge, worth the price. Breakfast croissant sandwich perfect. Ask for crispy hashbrowns if that's your thing. Definitely coming back here!

For sure our new go to place. Decided to try it out tonight reminds us of little ole restaurants back home in the southern small country towns we’re from. Blast from the past. The nostalgia is awesome! 10/10 recommend and the service and food were really great!
