My FAVORITE breakfast place. I utilize their online ordering all the time! I order the same thing every time and am never disappointed! Their breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and coffee are great but my favorite thing is their xxl brownie. You won’t be disappointed!

I had four hours between shifts at work, so going home wasn't worth it. Instead, I went to Cup O' Joe. As an unashamed fan of FRIENDS, I of course loved the decor and the attention to detail with all the references and replicas of things in the show, but even if you're not a fan, this place is great to visit. The staff thought nothing of me sitting quietly in a corner for four hours, sipping at my two character-themed coffees, and one even joked that no one would notice if I "closed my eyes for a bit." (I didn't, but the sentiment was appreciated.) The coffee is delicious, and I also had a bagel sandwich and a giant pretzel. The bagel sandwich was salty and delicious, made without an egg per my request, and the pretzel had a crunchy exterior, fluffy insides, and tasty dips to choose from.

Waited insanely long for my DoorDash order. Order was confirmed, dasher sat inside for 40 mins until I decided to call this place and ask what the issue is. The person who answered the phone said “your order just went out, they had to wait for your order because of the event.” Asked the door dasher if they left because that’s what they said and the dasher said “no they just started making your order, sorry about the wait” Wanted to try a new coffee place but if I have to wait 1+ hour then I’ll just go somewhere else

Super cute place, inside. Would be a nice place to gather with friends, if you are not fussy about food/drink. We've been twice and both times left thinking "meh". Breakfast sandwiches not awful, but not great for the price point. Espresso drinks are weak and watery. $30 for two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches and none of it was very good or worth going back for.

don’t waste your time or money on this sorry excuse of a coffee shop…… been a customer for over a year, since before they moved locations. there is NEVER consistency ever. i’ve tried over a dozen times to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because let’s be real it’s super cute and almost seems appetizing. well today after wasting $30 on 2 uncooked bagels and a soggy “hash brown bowl” and my drinks i left without because i was already sitting there for 25 minutes after i got my food which was an online to go order? there’s no excuse for the lack of service and consistency it’s a shame. i will never ever come back here and i will make sure i spread the word.
