Fatzo's Sub & Pizza Shop

Ordered a FATSO club Sub and it was missing something (just not tasty as before). Suspect they failed to add oil to the bread.

Big fan of the Super Fatzo. Did a great job on a large order. Will keep going back.

From someone who travels all the way from Oshkosh just to eat at our most favored sub shop for years, I am sad to say the food has changed recently. I ALWAYS get the same thing because it’s so good, or WAS so good. The hot beef and gravy used to have thick, darker, savory gravy and now, the last two times traveling here, the gravy is VERY light, watered down and tasteless. I watch a lot of food shows, cook myself and know when things change. If you water your gravy down just to get more “product,” you’re only fooling yourself as regular customers will eventually know the difference. The last occasion, about a month ago, the woman last time was rude after I had expressed I asked for only butter on my ham sub. It came back with mayo and butter. I specifically asked butter only and she checked the slip as if I was fooling her. I advised that it was a guy who took my order and she said yeah, that would be my husband, all cocky. They remade the sub, didn’t apologize that she found out they were wrong. You run a business! It’s not hard to be friendly, even if you have to fake it and pretend to be nice.

Now that I've tried each item on their menu, it took about a month. I can leave a review. My favorites are the French onion soup, hot dogs especially the taco one, gluten free pizza crust, coleslaw, seafood sub, Bavarian hot pork....just about everything was my favorite. hahaha! Employees and owners are friendly and professional. My only suggestion is to have a Manitowoc location.

I don't quite see what the Rave is about this place. You're paying almost $10 for a half a sub with no meat on it, mostly vegetables and mayonnaise. I wish I could have pulled the meat out of my sub and weighed it because my sub couldn't of have at best 2 oz of meat on it and I ordered the "HOG".
Other than that, the kids are friendly At the counter and in the kitchen. Inside has always been clean and upbeat. But I honestly think you need to start giving people what they're paying for and that's the meat.

Always super friendly service. Very helpful. Reasonable prices. It's a little cold in there to be honest. They could definitely turn the heat on in winter.

I ordered tonight reached out to owners and everything and nobody will respond I paid 18 dollars for the wrong food never will be back when I did call the store they were absolutely rude I work in food service and never do I treat my customers like that it's sad cause I never had this problem before

The pizza crust was as hard as a rock but not black burnt. The toppings were very very thin. The to-go menu prices and Facebook menu prices aren't the same as their physical menu inside the restaurant. The pizza prices are a whopping $4.00 more!!!! I brought it up to the employee last night and she knew about the price discrepancy and shrugged it off. This wasn't a good experience this time. Never had issues before, probably won't go back just because of employees attitude.
