My little guy was so afraid to get his hair cut. Gina never minded that! She took the time to get to know him and when she learned about his love of tractors, she had tractor toys waiting for him to hold while he had his hair cut. She has been so patient and kind. Our son loves going to visit Gina and having his hair cut is no longer an issue.

After having such a bad experience getting my hair done the last time (At cost cutters...) I was really nervous to book an appointment with a new salon and new person but it had to be done. I am SO glad I did! Mindy was so nice and talked to me like we were already friends (which I love when people talk). I showed her what I was thinking and she made sure she understood by asking me questions. (which I think any good stylist should do just to make sure they understand what you want) My hair came out WONDERFUL! I LOVE IT. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

Heather did such an amazing job on making me beautiful for my wedding day. Not only did she do my updo and make up but she also gave me a color and did a spectacular job on my nails earlier in the week. Seriously I got so many compliments on how good I looked at my wedding. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in my bridal party and they effortlessly and flawlessly got us put together. My mother and one of my sister have very short hair and Stephanie did an awesome updo on each of them, you would have thought they had shoulder length hair. Gina did a fantastic job getting the other 4 in my bridal party looking so beautiful! She gave each of them exactly what they wanted and I can not say thank you enough! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!!!!!

My experience here was a nightmare. The first time I went in took four hours, which has never happened at any salon I've gone to in the last 10 years, even though I was getting the same thing done I always get. I asked for a different stylist so it hopefully wouldn't take so long. I have no idea how she did it, but it looked like I had 3 months of growth in my roots. She didn't fully rinse the dye from the back of my head and I had to put my head under a sink when I got back

I went here for a facial & eyebrow/lip waxing 8 days before my wedding. I was never once asked if I had sensitive skin or told there was a chance of some sort of reaction. That night I had what I thought at the time was a couple pimples above my lip showing up, which I did not worry about since I had the facial I expected some to show up after. But in the morning I woke up with a lot worse, there were what looked like blisters above my lip. Not just a couple, several of them from my lip line up to my nose. I freaked, because I was getting married in a week. I then went on GJ's facebook page & asked them what to do about the blisters. My question was deleted a few hours later without any answer. I thought okay they just don't want any other customers to see that someone got an allergic reaction to one of their products. So I decide to leave them a message instead. Days went by & I had received no response. I had to seek advice elsewhere to find out what to do. They were in fact blisters caused by an allergic reaction to the wax. Lucky enough they were almost gone by the time I got married & what was left was covered up so you could not see them. But still to this day I have received no reply from them. I will never go back to them again & neither will any one I know. They have lost quite a few customers because of this. Very poor customer service, it is shameful of them I think, that they could not even acknowledge me at all.
