Not only has Rita added her own touches while preserving the 1961 charm of this gem of a supper club, but she has also carried on the warm, welcoming spirit.

Rita is connected with the original owners' family, who have passed down recipes from the broasted chicken to the top secret old fashioned mix. Don't miss it!

We slowed down our pace on a lovely October Sunday here with friends starting out at the bar for the game and moving to the dining room for supper. Rita and her son had our table ready, and Debbie took care of us from there. We had THE best cream of chicken soup and spinach salad with warm bacon dressing along with other salad bar classics.

For dinner.....Broasted, Broasted, Broasted. Pork chops, chicken, and potatoes. The Sunday baked chicken special was fall off the bone and served with homemade mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing.

An excellent cap to our trip to Twin Rivers, and can't wait to come back!

This place is great! Ms. Rita is a star! We had assembled at a beach for a wedding. We needed a place to cold store the brides bouquet last minute. In a matter of brilliance my daughter, (The Beide) said, wait a minute, let's call a restaurant. (Being a server she is familiar with restaurant kitchens w/cold storage) she was so worried she would get a no, not knowing anyone from the area..The supper club was the first & closet place Wendi called. Ms. Rita herself answered the call, story told, jumped to action & willing to help said, Yes! We are so great full & indebted to her. Thank you so very much Rita!!

Salad bar and main course were great! Something wrong if you leave there hungry! Staff and owner very friendly.

5 pm on a Friday night and 2 other people at the bar should have been our first clue. Ordered a glass of wine and a cherry coke. Soda was flat. Ordered at the table. Stuffed shrimp and Hadock. The shrimp they didn't know for sure what they were Stuffed with. Turned out to be cheese. You could tell they were out of a box. Haddock was terrible. 2 small pieces covered with paprika. Salad was old ice berg lettuce. Hot bacon dressing was room temperature. Not once did they ask how your meal is. Best part of the meal was the buns. Waitstaff was very good. $60 dollars later we left very disappointed.

We were on our way home from out of town and were looking for a place to eat, so decided to stop. We were able to be seated right away, and waited on right away. We had ordered the prime rib and salmon stir fry. The salmon stir fry was delicious and would recommend it. However the prime rib was cold and tough. After letting the waitress know about it, we were never approached by a manager. They took $8.00 off a $40.00 steak that was left on the plate, because it was to tough to chew. Very poor customer service.

We visited Rita’s recently and had a very nice meal.

For those that live in the Two Rivers area, Rita’s is located in the former Machuts Supper Club building on Hwy 42. The interior looks like it has seen some updating since being Machuts.

We were greeted right away and our server was friendly and told us about the specials. The soup and salad bar is plentiful and the entrees were pretty good too. If you are in the area Rita’s is worth a stop in and try it out for yourself.

As a super fan of the former Machut's, we had to check out Rita's. Although the atmosphere was a bit subdued, the food was dynamite! We ordered our favorite dish, the broaster chicken, and it was as delicious as Machut's! The wait staff was super friendly and made our visit wonderful. We will definitely be back again.

I moved away from WI a couple years ago and have missed supper clubs. This place was spot on what I was looking for. Delicious food and great service. Perfect salad bar. Classic supper club decor, and a brandy old fashion of course! Thank you for keeping the tradition alive!
