We stopped in for the first time. Absolutely stunning, unobstructed view of the lake. We each had a burger, and ordered cottage fries and cheese curds. They were delivered to our table in no time and tasted delicious. Prices are reasonable and we enjoyed looking at the military decor.

Was in area visiting Maritime Museum and toured WW2 submarine when I saw this place. As a submariner I couldn’t pass by without stopping for a beer and bite. Food was good and beer was good and cold. Owner was a submariner also so talked a little bit. Nice atmosphere and friendly folks.

If you're looking for a place to socialize, drink, eat, and share fresh squeaky cheese curds, then look no further than Submariner's. This was my dad's favorite place. After he passed, I went there to visit and let them know. They said they knew my dad and offered me a drink. I ordered an Old Fashioned and they kept 'em coming. I thought they were the best I've ever had until I went a couple days later and had another few rounds. I recommend.

"Ah-OOG-ah" Submariner's Pub is a quintessential dive bar---complete with a diving horn. This gem is nestled between Manitowoc and Two Rivers, Wisconsin with an panoramic view of Lake Michigan. We picked this stop as it was a dive bar owned by a Veteran---how could you go wrong?!
We were immediately greeted by the bartender, Janet, who pours a generous drink. Our one drink led to a second with the recommended pepper jack cheese curd appetizer. Yum!
For dinner we had the 16 oz bone-in New York strip, fresh asparagus, and fingerling potatoes. The chef/owner, Jeff, nailed it! Great portions, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere is very fun and very friendly--staff & patrons alike. I liked the place so much I even had to buy some merch. By the time we left, we truly felt like part of the Submariner's family---we even were allowed to stay in our RV overnight!
So, if you are looking for a "dive bar" with great food at great prices--you MUST not miss this stop.
