Ordered a pizza around 5pm on a weekday. Was told it’ll be here within the hour. Called back a little over an hour later, didn’t answer, then backed back and got hung up on, called back and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, called back AGAIN and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. At this point it would be over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my pizza and a burger. When I finally got my pizza 2 hours later. It was cold, burger was cold, fries were cold. Not even remotely close to warm. It was pathetic and was told “we will give you $3 off your next service” after I just paid $45 for cold food. Embarrassing. If you are understand if you are busy or understaffed, don’t lie to me to take my money and my business and then not live up to your end of the business.

Just had this for the first time tonight and will definitely order it again. The pizza was amazing, chicken wrap was the best I have had in a while. The tenders were not super great, but wasn’t a make it or break it bad. I definitely recommend!!

R&R is having a bit of a revival right now. They have always been decent for pizza and wings not the first choice but decent. As of late though they have really stepped up their game, adding new menu choices like boneless wings, and improving their wings better than before. The biggest improvement is the pizza and sandwiches they really tried to make better than before and it's working. We ordered from them recently and were pleasantly surprised, the big winner here is all their customers. Good job on the improvements it shows
