Great Culver’s Located near downtown Verona. Team members are friendly. The lobby/seating area is clean. The Butterburger,Crinkle cut fries,Frozen custard was great in taste,quality and temperature. Will return when I’m in the area.

Usually a decent, albeit busy place.
However, today the cashier denied a sale being in place that was clearly advertised in the store's window, and I forgot to scan my app for the points on my order because I was so tired of arguing and being gaslit.

True to its reputation, our dining experience at Culvers was great. I was visiting Verona from Philly for business and stopped by Culvers to have diadd-ons. I ordered a value basket thag consisted of Harvest veggie burger, crinkle cut fries and mini concrete mixer with fruits and nuts as addons. Everything was so fresh, tasty and customizable.Good on the stomach and pocket. We went back on the second evening and had dinner again.The service was quick inspite of being very crowded with a Halloween event. Would recommend anyone going to Verona to try it out atleast once, especially for frozen custard.

This Culver’s is pretty good, but not the best one in the area. The staff does a nice job of keeping things moving, and they usually get food out quickly, even when it’s busy. I like how they make the most of the space they have here.
I’ve never had a wrong order at this location, which I can’t always say about other Culver’s nearby like Mount Horeb. While it may not stand out as the very best, it’s still solid and dependable.

Did at table order and my sandwich was good and made just as wanted but the Fry's were shit like over cooked or something so could not stand them and then they forget to bring my drink too me so before leaving I took my receipt up to the counter and said something and they hand me the drink and apologized. Will it stop me from eating at this location no but not a normal location for me unless been to Madison
