Did at table order and my sandwich was good and made just as wanted but the Fry's were shit like over cooked or something so could not stand them and then they forget to bring my drink too me so before leaving I took my receipt up to the counter and said something and they hand me the drink and apologized. Will it stop me from eating at this location no but not a normal location for me unless been to Madison

I've been going to Culver's for frozen custard since before it was a chain. Wisconsin pride was lost at Culver's Verona. I'm not sure what part of frozen was lost in definition by this particular restaurant. Don't go through the drive thru for a cone unless you want the contents running from their window all the way into your car. Two days in a row, and you'll get a deserved review like this one.

Two drive through orders in a row that they messed up. First time, failed to give us cheese curds. Second time, no salad dressing. Called about the salad and was offered a coupon for a concrete mixer. I asked for a refund on the salad and was told the owners Adam and Jami Porter don't let them refund orders messed up in their drive through over the phone. Manager got a bit rude when I refused the concrete mixer as a way to correct having to eat a dry salad. The Culver's in Verona needs better management and perhaps better owners.

Went for lunch. Pretty easy to tell the onion rings were not made fresh. Even the burger Patty's were apparently made for the lunch rush. It was a to go order and we ate it in the lot. Overall pretty disappointed. We were visiting from out of town and this was n't usual quality food at a Culvers. Nice place, friendly cashier but the food was not real good that day.
