I usually love Grace's coffee. But my order was all wrong. I ordered a bacon breakfast wrap with salsa and aoli on the side. They insisted the salsa was in the wrap. It was not, and I got birria beef instead of bacon. I ordered an oat milk latte. Instead I was given a Miel Latte with whole milk. Park Street Grace's location is much better and they've never messed up my order.

The Grace Coffee location in Verona is by far my favorite one! All my friends highly recommend this place so I had to check it out! I love the spacious calm atmosphere and the service is always amazing! Anya was so helpful with my iced mocha order. The whole team made everyone feel welcomed and the coffee is amazing as always. Even their manager, Bryttnie is passionate at providing excellent customer service and great coffee! It is definitely worth the trip to relax and enjoy coffee with friends and family here!

We had excellent food at this Grace Coffee Company shop. We met relatives there and there was an area for the little 2 year old to play. I had the brie, apple and bacon sourdough sandwich which was amazing but then the crispy delicious french fries which they call Potato Dippers, were out of this world! I had to take some home and ended up reheating them and they were just as wonderful! I had to take an Everything Croissant home.... the everything sprinkle of seasoning on the top was delicious especially when combined with the perfectly baked croissant with a thin layer of cream cheese inside. What a wonderful treat. We went to the McFarland location so I'm looking forward to trying the Verona and Middleton locations it was a wonderful surprise.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning, yes we knew it would be busy and were patient knowing it might take a bit to get our pastry and hot beverages. However, after receiving our pastry, which was slightly dry, felt like they were day old product, it took 35 minutes to get a chai latte and matcha latte. When we inquired on the status of our drinks after 10 minutes, we were told that drive up takes priority on the drink orders but they would have our order up shortly, well another 25 minutes went by before the drinks were ready.
Grace has really great espresso drinks and food. It’s always my go to. With that, rating low because most of their staff, except a couple, seem bothered to provide service. They also have the consistently slowest drive thru of any coffee place I’ve ever been to.

The atmosphere is nice and they have a lot of seating which is great. The menu is large with a lot of options. Unfortunately, the service was a huge let down. Ordering was slow and the worker failed to mention many options weren’t available which led to sandwiches turning into wraps. The bigger issue was when we placed a “for here” order, got a buzzer, then proceeded to wait 20min. I finally went to the counter and talked with staff who noted our food was “to go” causing no buzzer to go off and our hot food to get cold. There was no apology or rectification offered for these mistakes. Though the coffee and atmosphere were good the poor service will prevent us from returning.

Cute atmosphere but the service is extremely slow, often waiting 20-25 min for one drink. This Saturday I waited almost 30 min for an iced latte. Clearly not equipped to handle the demand especially during busy times. One machine and 1 barista making all drinks for cafe is crazy. People are done wi their food before they even get their drinks.
