The truth is nothing out of the ordinary and I also had a bad experience because my pants were stained with paint because the patio tables were freshly painted and the girl just told me that she knew it and that she herself had stained her hands and that she would tell her boss. I was speechless when I heard that. Wait and there was no warning of wet paint.

I absolutely love this place! Great selection of ice cream, fun coffee drinks, and delicious food! The owner is super friendly and always going above and beyond to give customers an amazing experience! I have even seen her show pure kindness to the rudest people. Absolutely wonderful place and they will always have my business!

One of my absolute favorite places to get my chai latte. So friendly and wonderful owners. Happy to know we have such a great shop in all my fav local towns to visit.

The coffee/latte I got was the most horrible disgusting drink ever. The drinks from a gas station machine taste better

Worst layout of any retail building in verona. There's two places to order, but the ice cream counter is also technically a spot to order, so nobody is ever clear on where they're at in the line. Sometimes you're standing at the till and they bring someone around in front of you to pay. I've never been here in a rush, but it's clearly bad design. One of the two entrances/exits is between the two tills and that means each line is in the way of most of the foot traffic to the sitting area. The menus are split between the two spots, as well, so you can end up walking back and forth, getting in the way of all three lines and both entryways just trying to see the options. Menu is hard to read because they packed in a ton of stuff, but one of them is just a full size picture of a couple drinks. I'd change that to make them show all options on at least one side instead of that. Drinks are good, but I had a breakfast sandwich and it was just plain egg, plain sausage, plain bagel. Needed a sauce, for sure, or at least salt/pepper. It was full of kids and pre-teens, which seemed perfect, actually. I feel like it's a third space for them that makes sense since it's too chaotic to order as a grown adult without a child.

I was skeptical because I didn't think the name was very appealing, but my daughter assured me her coworker liked it. The service was good, and the portions were realistic. A single scoop is just that, not a mountain of ice cream.
They seem to have many of the same flavors The Chocolate Shoppe has, and the Malt Amore I tried was delish. My daughter's root beer float featured Sprecher's root beer, our favorite, and was generously sized.
We didn't try any, but they had some tasty looking baked goods too.
