I was there a few Months back for training at Epic. My daughter, raved and raved about a particular flavor of ice cream that is only found in mid western states by the name of blue moon. It was a funky but, Good flavor. The shop was super nice and the staff was super helpful but the story wouldn’t end there. When I got back to Miami, my daughter asked me about it and was sad that I did not bring her some home. I reached out to the Icki sticki staff and They went above and beyond to find me a solution where I am able to finally get some of this ice cream flavor for my daughter. They could have simply said no we don’t chip, but they found me a solution and when the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. If you’re in the Verona or any of their other location areas, I highly recommend you go in for some great ice cream and great service. A big shout out to Jessica!

We had a mango smoothie, the Fruity waffle, one breakfast croissant with egg, cheese, and ham, and one with egg, cheese, and sausage. They were all delicious and filling. They have multiple seating options, including outside, and they are wheelchair accessible.

Best coffee shop in town! I’m absolutely in love with their Iced Coconut Cream Chai Latte – it’s smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. A must-try if you’re looking for something unique and delicious
They recently replaced the ordering system with a kiosk which is fine, but they auto-added a tip to the payment. There wasn't a clear indication that it was added until I already paid. Pretty misleading to cut costs by adding a kiosk but still forcing customers to pay a tip for less service

It's became the norm that my drinks taste like they have not added the extra espresso shots I'm paying for, and continue to come with no ice. Unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite coffee shops but I can't risk my drinks being incorrect every time.
Updated to add: I originally stated having issues at the West Madison location and began to only come to Verona because I had good experiences. Unfortunately, this changed recently to be the same quality of experience I have had at West Madison after multiple visits.
