I ordered online for pickup. They got all three sandwiches wrong. ALL THREE. More often than not they get something wrong in our order, but today was a new low. I doubt there's even a manager on duty there. I've also occasionally noticed extra charges from them on my credit card. Will not go there again.

My husband ordered the #17 which is a favorite of ours. Today the ingredients were great but the bread tasted like it was day old bread. We were very disappointed. Your subs are always superb.

We like to eat at Milo's however, this is the first time the sandwiches were obnoxiously salty. We both commented that they were very salty. I had the American favorite ham and she had the Italian Classic I think. Really bad.

Great service! My complaint is so little value. There just isn't much meat, you're basically just buying a lettuce sandwich. Doubling the meat still isn't much better....

I ordered an Italian sub, what I got was a BLT, which I’m pretty sure was not even freshly made. A few little pieces of limp lettuce, almost raw bacon, and not much of it. The cost of 10$ was outrageous. My husband took a picture but unfortunately deleted it but the sub was pretty disgusting.

the sandwiches are fantastic! when they make them right... 30% of the time when i ask for no tomato, tomatoes are on the sub, i think it's usually cause of the drive through employee being new as mine was today i think, but it's just kinda annoying.

Negative stars!!!!! I called to let them know that they had made a mistake when I got home. The person on the phone acted like it was my fault and had no customer service skills at all. I will never go back to this business!!!!!

Employees here are AWESOME! Always fun and friendly. Food is always perfect, and my boyfriend can be picky... They take everything worth grace and respect, while having fun at the same time! Great atmosphere.
