The owner tried to implement a robot server and the manager and ALL the staff here quit and this place went out of business. Not a good owner. Does not value employees. Do not give them your business.

We've eaten at other restaurants in this chain, but not at this location before. We stopped in with 2 adults and a 10 yr old and everyone really liked their food. The waiter was very nice also.

I'll start with the good stuff: Nice and clean, fast service even though they had a sign out front about being short staffed, and I thought my grilled chicken sandwich and battered fries were tasty.The cons: My husband said his blue cheese burger was terrible. My kiddo's pretzel was hard as a rock, basically inedible. Also, when I was in the restroom, I watched one of the wait staff walk out without washing her hands - yuck.

Delicious burgers and sandwiches. Great place to watch the Badger game or other games. Nice amount of TVs. Didn't sit in the bar area to comment on the drinks or bar atmosphere.

Has been an all time go to for us but our experience tonight was horrible and I'm not sure we'll be back. Drinks were wrong, couldn't even get a kids milk within a half hour of being sat, both meals were wrong and a side of fries was $9??? Very sad about this experience. We were also sitting long before a large party and our order went In last (waited 49 minutes to order food with young kids

My wrap lacked all the ingredients it was supposed to have. It was bland, I couldn't even eat half. I asked for the sauce it was supposed to have in it and the server forgot to get it. Another in our group had a burger that was dry and tasteless. Another had their order screwed up and by the time he got his food everyone else was done. Terrible over priced food, not the best server, will never go back! Save your money!

I used to love the chicken strips here and considered them the best in the area. They were whole pieces of chicken breast and the coating was crunchy. I ordered recently and was very disappointed because the chicken strips they now serve are clearly of a much lower quality because I can tell they're processed instead of being whole pieces of chicken and the coating is soggy. I would prefer to pay more for better quality than to unknowingly purchase an inferior product when I was expecting the chicken strips they used to have.
