Ordered a venti blonde americano with brown sugar and dark caramel, was given a grande without blonde shots. Asked for the Venti I ordered, received it without the syrup or blonde shots and heavy cream floating on top. Unfortunately didn’t have time or energy to ask for a third drink to be made as I ordered it the first time.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks in the US. The baristas wander around so disorganized that it takes forever to get your simple order. Waited 15m for an Americano today!! Avoid if you can.

Extremely annoyed at this location. Pre-ordered for in-store pickup, only to drive there and find out the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. The line was insane and could not wait. Do better and allow mobile orders placed for in-store pickup, to actually be picked up in store or get a better refund policy. Will be the last time I visit this location.

Waited 50 min for the guy to put my drink on the counter behind him and finish 2 other orders. Everyone in there was waiting over 40 minutes

I used to go daily, and had been for the last year or so. Now I'm on medication that makes me have a bit of a coffee aversion so now I'm only going about once a week.
Anyways, the staff has always been nice. I have had 1 specific bad experience in the hundreds of times I've been. One day, a barista complained about my order while I was standing in earshot. I spoke up and she immediately became embarrassed and apologized. So 1 in let's say 350 is pretty good.
I really wish they could do more about the highschool traffic. I had a highschooler take my mobile order once and it took me a while to realize it because there were so many people in the store. When it cleared out and I was the only one standing there, I asked about my drink and the barista apologized, remade it, and gave me a $5 gift card for next time.
Sometimes when I come through the drive-thru, there is legitimately no wait time. Sometimes, it's pretty packed. You win some, you lose some. I don't find it to be that big of a deal. The drive-thru employees have always been nice. I actually went today for an Iced Pumpkin Chai and it was amazing.

This Starbucks has one of the slowest drive through lines I've waited in, which normally wouldn't matter since I put in mobile orders for in-store pickup, except that this location also frequently switches to drive-through ONLY, without warning, and without turning off mobile orders, which is then an even more outrageous wait with everyone funneling through there. It sucks because otherwise, this is a super convenient location, I just can't constantly risk being late to anywhere I'm headed if I want to stop here.

Staff was unkind. I received a voucher for a barrage due to poor service, and an extremely negative experience. I went to use it, and the employee refused to prepare the drink, and was being quite rude.
Very disappointed. Will probably go to a different coffee company for pumpkin spice. Not just disappointing, but completely ruined my day. ???

2 times now, 29Aug2024 makes the 2nd time, that my fiancé has put in an order on the app and at least one of the members of the staff complained about the drink that she ordered (Frozen tropical Citrus iced energy with strawberry puree, and a few other modifications). Her words of what they said are, "why does the app let people order this drink AND let them modify it this much? It shouldn't let you do that." Seriously? My fiancé knows what she likes and we live about 30 minutes away from the verona location and it takes us less time to order on the app than it does to drive there order in person and wait for it to be made and then drive back home

They continue to allow mobile orders then close the inside of the store so even if you order via app, you still have to wait in the outrageous drive-thru line - and by the time you get through the line and get your mobile order, it is melted. Completely unacceptable.

This location deprioritizes delivery orders. Upon receiving the order it took me 10 minutes to arrive to the store. I then waited an additional 25 minutes while watching new people and orders come in. Not a smile seen in this place.
