Super friendly, fast and flavorful. Last Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Frappacino near Milwaukee was lackluster in flavor where this one was excellent.

I've traveled a lot in Europe, and always enjoy a chocolate croissant, so that's what I ordered here. Big mistake. I paid European tourist prices for something that tasted factory made a day or two ago at least. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it had been at one time frozen. I won't make that mistake again

the drive thru woman was super nice and they made my coffee the BEST i’ve had it in months. (the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) also the spicy falafel pocket is fire

The older woman on the register this morning was rude and unwilling to adhere to my request. She was rude and combative when I requested a simple accommodation for my medical condition. I was still talking when she walked away. No professionalism, just a sour attitude that ruined my day before it even started.

Ordered ahead on the app. STILL sat in line for 25 minutes. Got to the window and gee guess what? Wrong order and had to wait again as no one even bothered to ask the name or what we ordered. That's not acceptable for ONE black coffee and ONE Americano, the two fastest and simplest drinks at Char-Bucks. Especially since I lost count at FIVE employees behind the counter, the store only about 10% full, three cars total in the drive-thru and 2:30pm.

Poor service. There was no one in the parking lot or drive thru and it took 10 mins to get a drink. Slower Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It didn’t even look like they were open. The workers looked like they were lost and just roaming. One of our drinks wasn’t right. When I got to the car I tasted my Frappuccino and it was like milk.

I have been to this location dozens of times because it’s close to my home. I always think the next visit will be better. On a recent visit, I stopped a barista who I knew was making my drink wrong. She was very put off and then lied about it being mine. She said someone else ordered the same drink but then I saw her remake it and it was the only one that came out. What a strange way for an adult to behave. The app had some silly promo for free cold foam options and she left it off. So it was made wrong twice. I didn’t say anything about the foam because she acted so offended the first time. This is an older woman I’ve encountered a lot and she is always surly. Today, my usual drink tasted weird, but I chose to just deal with it because I didn’t want to have a tense interaction. Anyway, my drink had barely any ice in it, so I stood at the counter with my lid off for two minutes while baristas came to the counter but never once looked up. I asked the next person I saw if I could get some more ice. She looked at me as though she couldn’t hear me so I asked again. She didn’t say anything and got a small cup of ice and then slid it onto the counter without a word, with a scowl on her face. I don’t know what’s going on at this location. These are just two examples of poor behavior and attitude amongst most of the people I’ve encountered. Why should I spend $7 on a latte if the people working there can’t at least just display neutral behavior?

I customize a lot of my drinks and 90% of the time this location does a pretty good job. And the staff is always nice to me. Going to this location is always a little nice treat for myself, not just for a drink, but also the experience I get.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have yet to have a good expierence, the workers often just throw your drink at you and forget a straw etc. The last time I stopped in my Frappuccino was watered down and Half empty and my bread was crumbled in the bag. I’ve also had a few instances where they made the entirely wrong drink and I ended up waiting extra long to get it. I always mobile order ahead of time and that’s supposed minimize the wait time, not for this location.

Ordered a venti blonde americano with brown sugar and dark caramel, was given a grande without blonde shots. Asked for the Venti I ordered, received it without the syrup or blonde shots and heavy cream floating on top. Unfortunately didn’t have time or energy to ask for a third drink to be made as I ordered it the first time.
