Just wanted to take the opportunity to highlight a great customer service experience I had with an employee at this location. I went through the drive through and ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and bacon egg and Gouda sandwich. As soon as i finished ordering i realized that i didn’t have my wallet and my gift card would not have covered both items. So when i drove around to the window i asked the young lady working if could cancel the sandwich because i had forgotten my wallet. This young lady replied that she would just give me the sandwich for free since it was already made. And said that mistakes happen. I thanked her and while i waited for the coffee she asked me how my day was and was very warm and kind. I asked what her name was and she replied Anya(hope i spelled it right). Anya was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time! Simply put, Thank you Anya.

We came in 15 minutes before they closed. They were already closing early because of “‘mishaps” and denied service to us because the drive through had 5-10 cars. We then asked if we could come in and order, they said no and acted very unprofessional. Do better Starbucks. Disappointed is a understatement with the work ethic these days.

The service was quick and attentive, why the negative Karen's bitching I have no idea ? Too many entitled people these days I guess, friendly service , same food options as other Starbucks , the look is the same as the next one but much better than the ones inside a target

Small shop with drive-thru. Online order pick-uo is hugely popular. Fun tropical decor.Downfalls: Limited available food and merchandiseWait for drinks purchased in-store can be a bit long due to drive-thru and online pickup demand. There's not a convenient place to sit and wait for drinks to be made. The in-store seating area is pretty far to be able to hear your name being called.

Friendly staff who are working as fast & hard as they can while still providing quality service. My drinks have always been excellent & the vibe inside is nice when it’s not filled with high schoolers.Yes there’s a bit of a wait, but when you remember that this Starbucks is located right off the highway, near Epic, next door to a high school, and is the first/only Starbucks in the area — obviously it’s going to be busy and there will be waits. Have patience, & maybe avoid coming during high traffic times if waiting annoys you.Inside there are a dozen or so tables with chairs, the booths have outlets beneath them. Along the wall there are 4 sets of armchairs which are nice for catching up with a friend.

So happy there is a Starbucks in Verona. It's wedged in behind kwik trip. Which does feel a bit like you're in the parking lot of the gas station to get to the Starbucks.The lot has good amount of parking, and it's easy getting to the drive-thru.

Ordered online. Arrived at location to find the doors locked. Saw workers working inside, saw my drink on the counter. Called and was told to get in the drive thru line instead of coming in. No explanation. Drive thru line took 30 minutes, had to have coffee remade obviously. Support the small business here. We don’t need this company here.
