Management is very poor here. Ordered a sub and PAID for it but it didnt come through yet because it was 10 minutes before the set time. The manager there at the time didn't know what to do and didn't speak the best English. Then got another manager on the phone and I was told since it hasn't come through yet they couldn't make it but it was already paid for and shown to the manager there. Big hassle and waste of time!

It is disgusting. He used the same pair of gloves that he had rang customers out with and used the same one to prep the next customers sub. My sub went into the trash when I got home. If I could, I would give 0 star

I went into the Verona subway and got 5 footlong subs and 6 cookies. The cost was outrageous so I went online for the 2024 prices. I did get different subs but online the prices were listed. I called them but got no satisfaction. I pointed out that another store in the area is not that expensive and was told "well that's their store". Needless to say I will NOT be going back to that store. They should be the same across the board. I do not nor will I ever recommend the Subway on Verona Avenue to anyone.

This subway is by far the worst. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and something is always incorrect and the management doesn’t help fix anything and is very very rude about it. My mother got charged twice from them and they refuse to give her the money back and is telling her to dispute through her bank. My sandwich that I ALWAY get is NEVER toasted when I request toasted! This location also closes at different times because they can never keep staff! Dont visit here if u love subway bcz u will be disappointed!

I will not eat here again, how unfortunate that the person who served us is a manager and gave us the worst service, very rude, she spoke badly to us, I don't know how I paid for the food to eat if I should have left but I hope this review helps for the community to read the review and receive better treatment, or simply don't go and go to another location
Avoid this location. For a footlong, only 3 slices of roastbeef, 4 pieces of tomatoes, 4 pieces of cucumbers. Don't waste you money here. I rather travel to Madison to get from there.

Return seemed clean, the veggies looked like they were turning which was kinda disappointing. Luckily the young man grabbed the fresh ones, but the lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes all looked like they should have been thrown away.

I haven't been in the store in a couple years they remodeled it looks a lot nicer & the store looks clean.The bane where they store the food also looked really good & well-cared-for thanks for the Sandwich today
Parking: There is a limited amount of parking spots & next door is vacant so you can also park there otherwise there's parking in the street
Wheelchair accessibility: If you're going into the store with a wheelchair have somebody hold the door for you
