You all are amazing! I accidentally selected the wrong date when placing my order online, but when I showed up early and explained the situation, the team jumped into action right away. They had my customers’ lunch ready freaky fast, and everything turned out perfectly. I really appreciate this Subway location and will keep coming back whenever I’m in Verona for meetings

I don’t eat pork due to religious restrictions, and I recently ordered three personal veggie pizzas online from this location. When I received them, something smelled off. I took a closer look and found a pepperoni slice hidden under the tomato on one pizza. When I checked the others, I found signs that pepperoni had been removed but traces were still there. I was absolutely disgusted and heartbroken.
This isn’t just a mistake, it’s a serious violation of trust and disrespect to someone’s religious beliefs. I threw all three pizzas in the trash. I felt deceived and there was no way to file a complaint or get support.
Please be extremely careful if you have dietary or religious restrictions.

Slowest Subway line ever. Haven't been to this Verona location in a long time because I never have good luck here (slow line, run out of bread, staff is untrained, etc.). Not going back, and the management is just plain rude. If you don't want to deal with customers, then shut the place down.

Found a long blonde hair in my food today and guacamole was in the meat section, I used to work at a subway, that is cross contamination.
Brown lettuce. Brown slimy cucumbers. Shriveled up spinach. Pickles and odd shade of green and brown. How am I supposed to eat fresh! Gross.

Management is very poor here. Ordered a sub and PAID for it but it didnt come through yet because it was 10 minutes before the set time. The manager there at the time didn't know what to do and didn't speak the best English. Then got another manager on the phone and I was told since it hasn't come through yet they couldn't make it but it was already paid for and shown to the manager there. Big hassle and waste of time!
