I will not eat here again, how unfortunate that the person who served us is a manager and gave us the worst service, very rude, she spoke badly to us, I don't know how I paid for the food to eat if I should have left but I hope this review helps for the community to read the review and receive better treatment, or simply don't go and go to another location

Avoid this location. For a footlong, only 3 slices of roastbeef, 4 pieces of tomatoes, 4 pieces of cucumbers. Don't waste you money here. I rather travel to Madison to get from there.

Return seemed clean, the veggies looked like they were turning which was kinda disappointing. Luckily the young man grabbed the fresh ones, but the lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes all looked like they should have been thrown away.

I haven't been in the store in a couple years they remodeled it looks a lot nicer & the store looks clean.The bane where they store the food also looked really good & well-cared-for thanks for the Sandwich todayParking: There is a limited amount of parking spots & next door is vacant so you can also park there otherwise there's parking in the streetWheelchair accessibility: If you're going into the store with a wheelchair have somebody hold the door for you

I stopped going here after I stopped being greeted. The food here is not fresh as they claim. Customer service and food quality is not what is used to be. The chicken served at Subway is rubbery and tough, I won't be coming back.

Came at 7:50 pm says open until 8:30. Girl opened door and said we are closing just a little early tonight. Wouldn’t take an order. Don’t bother going there! Doesn’t even get a 1 star!

Attitude is everything. The person in charge greeted everyone coming in, service, food excellent.
One of our passengers needed a bathroom break and there were no gas stations in site. We made a quick stop, bought some cookies and got back on the road. The staff is friendly. I recommend the double chocolate cookie!

Sandwich was good but it was shocking to see so many loaves of bread being thrown in the trash. Surely some meal site in the Madison area could make better use of that food source.

never coming back. Your younger kids don’t want to work at all. Worst costumer service i’ve ever had . I made a phone call tonight about an order and got told i would get called right back while they were busy and never did . Worst subway i’ve ever been too. Higher better people that care about that care to work. Hope another business takes over .

Great service- especially the guy and gal working the counter this evening (9/27/22). Super upbeat and friendly. Just the kind of people you'd want to interact with after a long day of work. Made a hella dank sub too! They both deserve a raise!
