Food was absolutely delicious, got the pulled pork pizza with chicken and bread sticks. Both were heavenly. We are at the hotel but if you want food come here!! Thanks a bunch from Chicago best Wisconsin place I've had so far

All good with most, just expected to be able to order an Italian Beef at SRP in Verona, but could not. I assumed the menu for all SRP locations, but it was not. The Italian Beef that I had in New Glarus was excellent, and that is why I went back to SRP in Verona. Was disappointed over no menu uniformity for all SRPs.

Service was too slow. 10min for someone to get my order, and then close to 20min for my cup of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich to arrive. Food was good though.

Was out of driver delivery area so I picked up a final pizza order for a temporary resident, and my best friend, at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg. The Sugar River staff followed our requests to the letter. They made a final pizza party delicious and special. We got the Mediterranean pizza and added sausage to it. Pairs well with their marinara sauce. Now, go tell your best friend how much you love them.

Although the pizza was good, it isn't the best thing on the menu in my opinion. I highly recommend the seasonal Harvest Apple Crunch Salad. Absolutely delicious meld of flavors. Service was excellent despite them being very busy.

Normally I love this place. This visit, however, a dish of salad dressing was spilled, most on one diner but also on two others, staining clothing, etc. While I realize accidents do happen, when one of this magnitude occurs, I feel that some compensation is due. None was offered until, when leaving the restaurant, after bills had been paid, my friend spoke to a manager. He was ultimately awarded a $25 gift card. Certainly this was ample compensation, but it was not offered until a complaint was made. As we were leaving, we learned that one manager had, in fact, even been present during the clean-up.

Our server-Kyle-wasn't great. He forgot he greeted us and brought our drinks, he didn't deliver our food (which was not an issue) but we had our food for several minutes before he checked on us. We weren't eating because he didn't bring plates, forks and napkins before our food came out. He was just standing around-it's not like he was busy with other tables. We have always had great service at Sugar River Pizza so this was surprising and disappointing.

We online order for pick up on our way to our cabin. The food never disappoints us! I recommend all appetizers and the chicken bacon ranch pizza is outstanding!
