Ordered our food. Waited 25 mins for our food. When it came out it was cold and the fries were stale. The new dill pickle ranch curds had all of the cheese cooked out of it and they were hard as a rock. All fries were also put in the bag upside down. Very unhappy with the service and how the staff carried themselves when it came to consumer satisfaction and when I brought the issue to the counter.

My family and I come here around the holidays every year and we’re always taken care of. We have three households, 11 kids total, basically a circus, but Kyle and his team are always friendly and extremely accommodating. Thank you, A&W for making our dining experience special each year.

I went last week through the drive through and the wait was a little long and they forgot my pasta so I went in and as it turns out there was a guy giving them a little trouble and only two people working at that time which I completely understand working afternoon rush with two people is not fun at all one of the workers Ben (I think) seemed to be just clocking after I had been waiting for a little while and he got me my pasta supa fast and handled the front counter very efficiently afterwards Thank you for the pasta and refill😎 the other two workers also handled the problem before me composed and respectfully returning to the back to get the guys food out

Worst fast food resturant experience ever and we eat out alot. Food cold and service terrible, waited 10 minutes first in line at register to even be looked at 2 people behind us we ordered waited another 15 minutes to get an employee to ask if there was a problem just for us to say still waiting on order while 4 employees just standing around and 1 working and 1 other 1/2 working so finally got food maybe 25 minutes total time passed, now remember 2 people behind us, we went and ate or meals and checked out stuff on phones then went to get refills on drinks and the same 2 people still waiting on food orders and asking for refunds. What a crappy way of doing business and the franchise owner needs to get involved. NO ACCTUALLY CORPRATE A&W NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO JOKE

This place is very dingy. The walls are bare, the ice machine. It was out of ice with a sign on it. So I asked if they could fill my ice up thru the drive through machine. They gave me attitude and said that I should read signs.Then I stated that there was no sign on the drive through machine walked over to the gas station and the gas station had ice, very poor customer service from the they them, girl, boy, whatever they are with the circular glasses and shoulder long hair i worked here probably 7 years ago. And thought the service then sucked, but it's just got even worse.

Chili cheese fries only came with chili. When up at the counter with food in my hand was looked at with a blank stare by some chick with a nose ring. The other clueless kids walking around ignored me also. Three other people standing there to order food were just being blantly ignored. Everything is dirty over the counter by the condiments. Only positive was the chicken tenders were good. Probably because that was the freshest thing that place has made in a while cause my fries were hard and cold. Worst A&W iv been too.
