Last order's cinnamon twists had no cinnamon sugar on them, the chalupa was as hard as a rock, and the beef burrito has a strong lack of beef in it. I know it's cheap food, but I'm getting the vibes the workers aren't being paid enough to care.

This should’ve read reviews before coming here. I work lots of hrs so I stopped to get food for me and my husband. This Taco Bell food was disgusting and disappointing!! I ordered $25 worth of food and every single thing was gross. The chicken nacho fries was cold as heck, the burrito was gross tasting and the rice in it was hard as rocks, and the taco was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up. I will never return to this Taco Bell!!

I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos . Having not been there for a while I had no idea what I should try . I chose the Nacho Grande . I The Nachos were as good as any restaurant I had been to . It really hit the spot . Definitely a Great Value .

We don't eat here often. They seemed to be in a shift change. We weren't sure what we were ordering, so we ordered a box. It wasn't in a box,(just on a try) so if our granddaughter hadn't been familiar with Taco Bell we wouldn't have known what belonged to each person!

Crispy chicken burrito was terrible.... the chicken was so overcooked and dried out, looked like it was made days ago.... was more like crunchy jerky than chicken....
Went to Taco Bell off the freeway in DeForest and went to the drive thru. They told us that it would be a 15-20 minute wait so we said that we can’t wait that long and left the line. The boy in the window was pointing at us and laughing since we weren’t going to wait. I’ve never heard of a 15-20 minute wait at a drive through with 2 cars ahead of us and I didn’t know if we should have been laughed at when we left the line!!
