We had to wait at least a half hour after ordering for our food today. We ordered chicken strips and fries which shouldn’t take long to fix. We were the only ones in the restaurant. A couple of people came in to buy cakes and 2 or 3 went through the drive thru ordering ice cream products. The food was good when we got it but we should never have had to wait that long.

A single Dilly bar costs $3.99 plus tax at the Viroqua, WI location?? At the lacrosse location it's about $2.60 ( which seems normal). I asked them about it at the Viroqua location and they just shrugged. It cost more to get a dilly bar than a single dip cone? So weird. Not sure what they're thinking. Sadly I will likely not return there though it's my local Dairy Queen and has historically been a frequent summer destination. Oh well

This is not the DQ to go to. Staff do not know the menu to answer questions, rarely get an order as ordered, and for me, it was a shrimp basket, no sauce available nor did they seem to know what that was and it came with gravy-like from the chicken basket.

Ordered 5 blizzards to take home to my family. Never got offered a drink carrier or lids for them. I Had melted ice cream all over my car and clothes! Worst experience I have had here.

Came back to Viroqua after donating plasma in La Crosse today and my husband today, and I decided to get a DQ treat to take home. He got a large misty slush (as usual-for $3.39), and I went with a peanut buster parfait (with pecans instead for a whopping &6.29!). The total was $10.21, and when they handed me the parfait I was dumbfounded, as it was missing the top portion of the ice cream and fudge as shown in the pictures advertised. I told the young girl that it wasn’t right, but she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Don’t they have recipes with pictures posted on the menu section showing the way it should look/be served?? I am EXTREMELY ticked and disappointed that they charge so much yet skimped and didn’t make it right?! Heidi Iverson

My husband and I stopped in after the Memorial day parade for lunch. My chicken strips were like warm and my fires and gravy were cold. Sent them back and they came back cold again. My husband's hot dog was extremely hot and his fries were luke warm. They weren't busy at all. I don't know what the cook was doing, but she sure wasn't doing her job. We'll never go back again.

i found maggots in my blizzard and customer service is very poor and disrespectful.
I had ordered a meal and 2 blizzards. They were given to me first. But my meal took longer then a few minutes. What upset me was I had a puddle of ice cream in my car by the time I got home. And I live in town so it's not that far of a drive. I understand if it is hot out to give the ice cream first but if the food is taking longer then expected and it's hot out don't give the ice cream out. I couldn't eat them when I got home. A majority of it was melted on my seat and the rest was soup.

Have had the DQ cakes twice in recent months. They are nothing like the layered cakes they used to be. And the decorating (which is minimal) is awful!! The writing looks like it is done by a child - in centered and different sized lettering. Thought the first one was a fluke. The one recently ordered was an embarrassment to take for a birthday celebration!!! Done with this Dairy Queen!

The zombie working at the driver thru made a hot fudge sundae with no hot fudge then handed it to us in a car with no cover on it. As it spliced all over the car

RIDICULOUS. Says it opens at 10 am but we waited to be helped in the drive thru for 20 mins before driving around and finding out nobody was even there. There was no greeting or anything the worker that showed up late completely ignored us.
