Definitely one of the best Culver's I've visited in South East Wisconsin. Friendly and attentive crew. Food is always on point and tastes like they care on what they're putting out to the customers. And an amazing owner to boot....very thankful of him

Usually GREAT place for food and custard. Sad sad reuben. Sparse meat on only half, no mention that the rye bread is seeded. Order something else.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich noticed the young men in the back had touched a lot of different things asked for them to change their gloves before handling my food one changed with no problem while the other did not and made a smart remark and i quote “ill change my gloves when someone from culvers tells me not this dude.” I proceeded to request a refund honestly it was just a terrible experience food health standards should never be ignored

This specific Culver's is the best of the many Culver's I've enjoyed. The staff is friendly and quick, the food is prepared and presented better than others, and the location is clean and bright. The time I was missing an item from a drive-thru order, they were quick to apologize and make things right. I will go out of my way to come to the Wales location!
