Coffee was good but my apple pie was soggy. And I didnt have time turn around and go back and ask him to remake it. So a little disappointing in this location.

I ordered a half dozen donuts and customized my selection. I picked up my order at the drive though and did not check the box till I got to work. 3 of the six selected donuts were NOT what I had chosen and not even duplicates of what had been ordered that they had in stock. I got stuck with 3 donuts that I had explicitely EXCLUDED from my original selection. Very unhappy and will not be ordering more than 1 donut at a time if I am using the drive through again.

They (DD in Poughquag) had myself and multiple other customers waiting at the register for someone to show up for over 5 minutes. Took my order and I paid. The girl who took my order was pleasant and nice. The chunky little blonde girl who made my order had a nasty grimace on her face while making it and then she dropped my bag onto the counter causing my kids’ hash browns to fall out. I said “excuse me” you dropped my hash browns. Not a word from the fat little blonde. She just grabbed another bag of hashbrowms and threw it into the bag. The girl who took my order originally apologized for her and handed me my bag back. This is unacceptable. Terribly slow service and then an unwarranted attitude. I am inclined to back there and give her an earful. She’s lucky I was in a good mood.

most workers do not wear gloves before making your coffee.. if at all, their sanitation buckets to wipe down the counters? they don't wash their hands afterwards and gets right back to preparing your coffees.. hence one reason I quit!

I had heard a bad report about this store before dropping in. I did NOT find the report correct at all! Great service! Very friendly!
Went in and asked for a large drank. They did not give me what I asked for and when I went up to get it fixed they wanted to charge me for their mistake
