Confronted them they said that is how midnight coffee is made. Go to a different location and they laughed and made a fresh pot of midnight coffee.

Terrible customer service. I opened the app while i was waiting for my coffee and the app said it was free donut Wednesday with the purchase of a drink. I asked for my free donut since I just purchased a drink. I said if you have to cancel the order and redo it thats fine. No one was in link behind me. She refused. I will not be returning. Avoid this location.

Visited this location for the first time today and was really unimpressed. It looked like there was one employee working and he seemed very overwhelmed. After pulling up to the drive thru window, he came over and verbally confirmed my food order with me three separate times, so I was surprised when I got home and saw that I somehow still received the completely wrong order! Lol My cold brew tasted good but was only 3/4 full when I received it.Employee was friendly but it’s clear based on my experience and the other reviews that management needs to invest in training their employees better. Will probably avoid this location in the future.

Nice donut selection with some seasonal theme which the kids loved. Spider donuts was creative. Service was ok but not over the top. I was openly talking out loud stating things I wasn't sure of and the person behind the counter just waited quietly not saying a word until I asked her the question directly. Otherwise she chatted with her co worker, in another language which to me seems rude. Almost like they are talking about me or my kids and don't want us to know. Place was clean and simple inside.

Food ain’t bad, seem like nice people, they just constantly fk up my order and make me feel like I’m the one at fault lol… the last time, I wanted to check the screen to make sure and she kept telling me to pull forward lol (I was the only one there ) and then of course she didn’t give me tots and god knows if I paid for it because I didn’t get a receipt. I just gave up. It’s modern service. I just gotta stop going out

Dunkin has great mellow coffee that's never too bitter. At this newer location, orders have become consistently accurate. SUGGESTIONS: Always order iced coffee with less ice, or you're paying $3 for a cup of mostly ice. Standard sugar or cream amounts are way too much for me, I do 1 less cream and no sugar or ask for 1 packet to add myself. Get the App for easy order customization & frequent deals.

This place is awful! It doesn't help to have non-speaking English Indians who lack in business etiquette. I ordered 50 assorted munchkins and I received 2 flavors. If they didn't have any other flavors he should have stated this but he couldn't speak English and was also extremely rude. My kids said the donuts were soggy. Gross!!! Threw them out. The Hot Decaf I always order is always cold to barely warm. This is how It comes to me no matter what location. I always have to use my microwave to warm it up. I used to love Duncan but now I'd rather support a local ma and pa coffee shop. I'll never stop at Duncan Donuts again. They don't seem to care about the customer experience. Complained to corporate only to receive a free hot coffee that again is barely warm when I get it. Too many bad experiences. I've deleted my App. Stay away from this place because it will only disappoint and frustrate you. They have really bad KARMA.
Ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins online. Said it would take 48 hours. When I called to make sure cake was ready for pick up they didnt have the order. Basically I had no cake for a birthday party. Owner didn't apologize. Said he would call back and never did. I had to call him and then jump through hoops to prove I had placed an order. Offered to get cake next day with no refund. Cake did not look like the picture at all. I ordered the Zombie Unicorn cake. It looked like an episode of "Nailed it". Do not order cakes from this location. I have never been so disappointed with customer service as I have here. If I could give a Zero I would.

I think I this is the cleanest and best run Dunkin I've been to in Wisconsin. Every other one I've been in is a mess and they don't give you real cold brew. This one did! Just ordered 2 doughnuts, 2 dozen doughnut holes, a coffee, and a breakfast sandwich, and the only thing that ended up correct was my breakfast sandwich and the holes. I received the wrong doughnuts, they didn't make the coffee correctly, and the vanilla long johns were glazed warm so the frosting slid right off. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, and they still didn't put it together correctly. I agree with other reviews that the service is lacking. I hope they get their stuff together.

I finally decided to try it, as I live right down the street. I ordered and iced Chai, Sourdough Sandwich, Hashbrowns and a donut. $15 worth. Chai is fine. Hashbrowns fine. And donut of course fine. Here's the thing that was not okay, the Sourdough Sandwich... the sandwich was NOT toasted??? An egg , bacon, and cheese on sourdough that isn't toasted? I was so confused and thought maybe I just ordered something that wasn't toasted lol. But I thought this just seems too odd. I looked online to see the description! It says "SOURDOUGH BREAKFAST SANDWICH Two eggs, five half slices of bacon and white cheddar on two pieces of sourdough toast"... key word, TOAST. I'm so sad! Got all the way to work and it's a soggy sandwich. I'm posting this in hopes they fix this problem. It doesn't align with their menu description. I think their associates were not trained correctly on how to make this menu item!
