Where do I start. The place was disgusting, from a dirty counter to trash on the floor from over flowing trash receptacles near the soda machine. Behind the counter there was trash on the floor, fries underneath the the fryer and flies flying all over the restaurant. To add the employees uniforms looked dirty and like they didn't even fit. Who ever this owner is should lose his franchise. This place is gross. The food didn't even appear freshly made and probably made my stomach upset. Do not go here. I know I will not be going here anymore.

Ordered through the app so they have all the information required already for the order... Forget my sauce for my nuggets and fish sandwich has a water droplet amount of tartar sauce. Extremely disappointed every burgerking I go to always forget stuff guess that's just In the training then 🙃
EDIT: Before I took the food at face value still looked fine and edible but started to eat the nuggets and they were way over cooked and super hard.

Why is there never any shakes at night that doesn't make any sense
The drive through is a joke. They never get my order correct. It’s not the first time. It’s ALWAYS THE SAME. Stay away from this place if you want your order correct.

I said no cheese, I got cheese! I said no tomato, and yea you guessed it… I GOT TOMATO. Why even ask how I want my Whopper? I can’t understand why it’s so hard.
I place an order on the app, come inside and wait. I ask politely if my order is done and she gives me attitude with scummy response. I get you hate your life but you work for the customers.
Their food is always cold. They are one step up from dog food and it's a shame you can't have it your way
We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and were ignored the entire time. We went to another BK.
I’m going to start this with lack of corporate responsibility. The management and team seem to be great people. The establishment could use a few more employees and a good cleaning crew. Food is sent out quick, low quality meals. Burger patties are almost slider size. Fries are either undercooked squishy or overcooked and hard. The shake machine is always down for cleaning. I think if corporate could reevaluate their strategy with this location it could allow the employees todo succeed and put on a happier face. I’m a local and visiting daily. I would love to see the proper resources for the already good management team to apply and succeed.
