Said it was open till 9pm on google AND at the door AND at their website. Placed an order for pickup, drove 20 minutes and when we got there it was closed, at 8:30pm. Never coming back.

What a hidden gem! The oolong tea was very high quality and honestly this was the best Walnut shrimp we have ever had, light, crispy and tender! We will surely come here again next time we are snowboarding at Alpine valley!

There was an additional $3 charge for takeout vs online order, which we were told about at takeout pickup (I wish they told us while ordering). Additionally, when my husband brought the food to our hotel, we realized no utensils were included, delaying our dinner further. Finally, the food tasted like Chinese (e.g. breaded chicken, no tofu in miso soup) and not Japanese, and had mediocre taste. The chicken bento box was hard to eat. Overall, disappointed in the lack of transparency/service/taste and I’m not going to be a repeat customer.

Me and my brother decided to pick up to go order, the staff were super kind and sweet. This was the first time getting food from here and definitely won’t be the last. The food was amazing, super excited to try what else they have on the menu. We ordered the crab Rangoons and the gyoza with the entree being ship tempura ramen. All was amazing it was seasoned extremely well. It was a very pleasant experience not to mention the inside is super nicely set up making it a comfortable environment.
Had the food to go but definitely would have loved to spend some time inside. Was extremely inviting. Food was absolutely delicious. Enjoyed the food with my sister. The crab rangoons, chicken gyozas, and the shrimp ramen were wonderful

Very good food! Excellent service. We had way too much food, but it was all great. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual meal.
Tried Rise for the first time. Everything was fresh and amazing! I used their online ordering with no issues. Great portion sizes. Staff were great and friendly.

The food was INCREDIBLE! The sesame chicken, miso soup, crab rangoons, and the futo-maki philadelphia were so good!! They were priced incredibly!
The staff were also so humble, attentive, and friendly.
This is the perfect hole in the wall place! I will be coming back every day for the next five days that I’m in town.
