Hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant! When we arrived warm chips with seasoning and yummy salsa were served, included free, which is rare nowadays. We both had lunch specials, which are only served Friday and Saturday. The enchiladas were delicious! It appears they may have a short staffing issue, but our service wasn't really impacted at the time we arrived on Friday at noon. Overall a reasonably priced, yummy lunch.

Placed a pick up order. Person on phone made it seem like it was a burden that I was calling. Get to restaurant double me order when only wanted one. Made me wait on their mistake. Charge $3 for 2 oz of quac. Total rip off. Really gone down hill since covid. Sad cuz close to my house. Done with the second chances. Then serve was a smart ass as I was leaving cuz I spoke up. DONE!!!!!

Food is beyond amazing. Meat is so juicy and tender. Shrimp tacos are phenomenal. I've tried a lot on the menu and I can't dislike anything that I've tried. The staff here are sweet and work hard. They may be short staffed but the workers now try their absolute best to make sure you have the best experience there at Luna's. Their specials are also great. I would highly recommend. Be patient because the food is definitely worth the wait.

Made a quick stop for some tacos and although there was no staff, we were attended to right away. The tacos were really good, there was a little too much cilantro but the meat was fresh. Decent prices, plenty of seating, parking on street, and I loved their drinks selection.

So they charge $11 for a 2/3 full quart size container of rice as a side haha. I won’t be going back solely because of that.Plenty of other taco options in the area that aren’t ridiculous in that way. Happy to take my once a week $40 taco order for the kids to another establishment.

Ate at Lunas for the first time tonight with a girlfriend. We got there around 510pm and didn't get out of the place until 720pm. It was the slowest service in the world. When we walked in, there was only one other table seated and we put in our food order fairly fast. Soon after we ordered our main entrees a bunch of other tables came in to dine and there was only one waitress serving. I work in the service industry so i was feeling bad for our server, so we 100% didn't expect her coming around frequently asking about refills, more chips, etc. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food, which was just a few small al a cart items (an enchilada, 2 tacos, rice, and a chimichanga). While we were waiting we saw almost every other table that sat after us receive our food first. Our waitress eventually admitted to forgetting to put in our order and asked us if we would like a free drink each to make up for it. We were annoyed at the time but said sure and she proceeded to serve us 2 house margaritas that were so sweet and gross tasting that we each didn't take more than a few sips of. Finally when we asked for our bill, we waited probably about 15 mins for the bill and another 10 minutes for her to take our card. Then, when she ran my card an extra 20% was added onto the bill, which she stated was a "small service fee". I didn't see anything on the menu that stated that 20% would be added automatically as gratuity or a service fee, so that was bullshit. The food actually wasn't bad, but the entire service ruined the experience.

When we got there, a sign was on the door stating that they were short staffed in all areas and asking for our patience. Patience is fine, but when it takes me 45min or more to get the food that I ordered, that gets a bit frustrating. Especially on a Wednesday night when you wouldn't expect them toChimichangas be slammed. Once the food finally got to our table, it was hot and tasty. I had the Chimichangas with their "famous" chunky beef. The meat fell apart like a really tender pot roast. Overall, i was pleased.

Service was the best part for sure. Chips had a grease flavor and fish tacos looked like unfrozen fish sticks with toppings. Classic steak tacos were also just average with a weird texture. Left with an upset stomach to be honest. Staff was very attentive and friendly, but I wouldn't go back or recommend.

The food is delicious but the prices on their menu need to be updated; I paid $27.99 for a 4 taco dinner (lengua was my meat choice) and they forgot the rice and beans. I'll visit again but it'll be awhile until then.

Best Mexican food in the area. Chunky beef is delicious. Margaritas are awesome. I love the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and refried beans. Hot chips with homemade salsa. Sometimes they are understaffed. So prepare to be flexible.
