Our service was good here, my husband fish meal he enjoyed. My chicken sandwich was literally just chicken strips on a bun. Kids meals were quite small for the $9 cost.

We were told they \\\"ran out\\\" and they gave us a different batch. They were different and not impressive. Not squeaky. Burger curds were kinda cold. Fires greasy and squishy but overall nice. Sober. Vegetarian. - That's how I left the 1878. No bar service in the restaurant and the kitchen sent my pulled pork nachos sans meat. I'm old enough to remember the motor lodges of yore that had restaurants that drew the locals in for prime rib on Saturday nights. The 1878 has the ambiance and location to pull it off, but falls far short on execution.

I could've written a novel of a review if I had started writing it the moment we sat down. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks, longer to have our order taken, even longer to get our food which was cold. When it came time for the bill, I never got it.Personally, I will never go through this experience again with my family.

The service was excellent. The food was lacking flavor but overall experience was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calming, beautiful view as the sun was setting.

Waitress Dana didn't know Mozilla from cheddar curds when asked. We ordered them because she said they were yellow but when they came to the table they were mozzarella. We informed her of her mistake but she took nothing off of the check even though the lady who ordered them wouldn't eat them.
This restaurant took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get me my food. Our waitress didnt talk above two decibels either. Very disappointed with the food quality aswell. Try better next time!

We ate at the Cranbrew Pub. They weren't that busy, the waitress (who never shared her name, and didn't have a nametag on) took a few minutes to get over to us. she brought us our drinks, and then took about 20 minutes before she cared to come take our order. After the food came out she would continuously look over at us while talking with a customer, and playing on her phone at the bar. After about another 20 minutes she finally came over to refill our drinks (once we waved her over). The whole time she seemed as though we were a inconvenience to her. It seemed if we were sitting at the bar we would have had better service so she wouldn't have to walk as far.

Food was ok.Husband had prime rib, said it wasn't worth it. I had a dry burger and stale chips. Service was horrible. Our waiter, Ben, took forever to come, then complained how he didn't get a tip from the last table, then came back complained about how he had to manually enter a $144 bill, complained about management. Other waitresses and hostesses brought out appetizer, salad, main meal, and beverages. For having craft beer—-none were in stock (don't worry waiter complained about that too). Wouldn't recommend this place unless super hungry and don't mind “meh†food
