My family went here after Christmas, and we stood at the door, never being acknowledged. There was staff standing near the area talking and never looked at us even after we said excuse me. Another staff member came from the kitchen area, and we said hello and still no acknowledgement or response. After 5 minutes we left. Dont go here!

I ordered a quesadilla with ground beef and an order of chicken tenders. The chicken was extremely dry and unpalatable. The cheese on the quesadilla looked and tasted like straight up plastic. The ground beef was dry to the point of hardness. Everything looked and tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Absolutely disgusting.

Pizza is from pre rolled dough. Received uncooked pizza. And last pizza was with wrong ingredients and not cut. Used to be good place for pizza but no longer.

Apparently, this is the place to go for pizza, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it for other food. The service was extremely slow and the food was not editable. Barly soup was cold and had no barley. The vegetables appeared old. Big chunks of gross broccoli, some carrots, a few peas and whatever else that was left in the kitchen. The soup meat was hard. The rib sandwich was full of gristle. The side salad appeared to be poured out of a coleslaw bag. The chicken sandwich was just a flat piece of meat with no seasoning. My fish fry was the worst I've had with limp fish and soggy breading. Again, barley warm. The kid's spaghetti had little sauce and again luke warm. The guests at the table across from us sent all their food back and a woman who was apparently the manager came out and apologized. They left without eating. We will definitely not return.

Got to taste Bruno's catering at a friends birthday party this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. Pulled pork was delicious, as were the broccoli salad and taco bar. Didn't taste the beans or pasta salad so can't comment on those. Set up was timely and presented in an appealing fashion.

I had been getting friday fish fry and then my last fish fry was awful. The fish was seasoned improperly, the potato pancakes tasted like cardboard, and the baked potatoes were well done. I will not order from there again.

The decor was out dated and the lighting was odd and actually kind of depressing and off setting. Yesterday's soup choices were still written on the chalkboard @3:30p.m. ? My sister and I were the only two in the place and still got fair service. Food score: 6
