THEY DROPPED MY CARD IN THE LOCKED DONATION BOX AND CAN NOT GET IT OUT FOR ME UNTIL MONDAY. THEY NEED TO HAVE A KEY FOR ACCIDENTS LIKE THIS. THIS HAS CAUSED A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY. Terrible location.

I attempted to order the 2 for $5 whopper jr deal. The lady behind the counter completely ignored the only sandwich request asking if we want sauce or ketchup. We said no-onions but didn't realize her oversight until we were paying the bill. No big deal, but irritating!

We had a pick up order that was put in 20 mins before we got there, and we weren’t 100% sure if they needed us at the window, or the speaker. So we pulled up to the window and the drive thru employee was very snarky, and told us to go back around only for us to be sent inside to wait for an additional 12 mins. Ridiculous. Unprofessional.

If I was able to give a 0 star I would. Waited 10mins in the drive through. Call and asked for a manager they said it was because of a mobile order, pulled around and there was nobody at the first window. Might as well say your closed at 6pm on a Sunday with 3 people in the line because you can’t handle serving food. Isn’t that your job?

My husband and I went through the drive thru. We waited about 10 minutes before we got to the microphone to place our order. When we go up there the guy inside said "There's only 2 of us here, you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. The only other car there was the one in front of us, but we agreed to wait. When they finally came back to take our order, we asked for a crispy chicken wrap and we're told, they couldn't make that. Next we asked for a chocolate shake and was told they couldn't make that either because they "took that away". Not sure what that meant. So we asked for a double whopper and double cheese burger along with a medium mango strawberry lemonade. I watched him back the lemonade. It was supposed to have muddled fruit in it. Not! He put some kind of powder in the cup and then poured tap water from a gross plastic pitcher into it gave it a little stir and that was it! When he handed it to me I didn't see any ice in it and it felt room temp. I said can you please put ice in it? He said there was some in it. I opened the cup and there was actually only 2 chips of ice and it was warm. So I asked him for a cup of ice because it was warm. The guy got really mad and started yelling stuff about how he can't give me ice. Then he started hacking away at the ice machine and filled a cup of ice. I have never seen anyone throw such a fit just because I couldn't drink the Powdered drink warm!! Nastiest customer service ever. I'll never go back there after being treated like that and seeing the way he made that drink with rusty colored water! They also didn't put one lousy napkin in the bag but there was no way I was going to ask for Napkins since I was afraid of how he would act if I did. Save your money. Who knows what the hell was in my drink plus they refuse to make most items on the menu. The 3 items we did buy cost us almost $17.00!!! That's just BS. If they don't want customers or don't want to make certain items, then maybe they need to shut the restaurant down!!

We were the only ones in the drive thu and the ladies at the window act like it's such an inconvenience that we are there, rolling their eyes, giving an attitude, like they are in a rush! Very rude customer service! Don't recommend coming to this location!!

It appears as of June of 2024 their is new management and a new staff. The experience was much nicer and the food was good.
Well .. after a 2nd try thinking it could only get better but Noooooo... clearly the cliche of lipstick on a pig is still a pig applies with this BK. Stay away if at all possible
