Ordered online for pickup. Ordered two dinners. Shrimp lo mein was just ok. My orange chicken was definitely not orange chicken (made the wrong thing I am assuming-was not good) and the fried rice on the side was crispy. I drove from East Troy to Chopsticks in Waterford as they were the only Chinese takeout place open on a Monday that I could find. I was so disappointed.

Chopsticks always delivers a good meal at an affordable price. We have done several large takeout orders from them and every time our order was perfect and nothing was left out. The menu is huge and there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly. Also organizing the orders by phone numbers has made the pick process an easy experience for every visit.

My bill was $39 for 2 meals and crab Rangoon. I thought there might be a problem when the lady who answered the phone had trouble understanding my order. One meal was totally wrong. The other (Sesame chicken) was so chewy it was inedible. The Crab Rangoon was ok. I don’t know what’s changed but I don’t think I will be back. I will take my receipt and see if anybody there will make it right. I will update if they do.

Everything was served in plastic containers with plastic spoons and forks, which was a disaster for such a price. I understand that everything is expensive, but if someone wants to cook well, they should at least try to make it taste good and not give people food poisoning, because they could end up in jail. I will never go there again. The place looks disgusting, like something from the 80s.
