Went there on new years eve it was busy but the lady taking orders very arrogant rude disrespectful on the phone and even ruder when picking up food not just to me but to other customers alot of people walking out she needs a attitude adjustment

When to pick up mcdonald's from the app and it was closed. So pulled into Chopsticks on Christmas Day. Great food, Homemade steamed dumplings,great served, fast friendly. All at Great price. Very hard working people I give them a pat on the back GREAT JOB

We came here on Christmas night after McDonald’s took our money but wasn’t even open on the app, so we drove 15 minutes to find it was closed but I’m glad we did because we saw this place was open and it was phenomenal! The service was excellent hosted by the sweetest lady that brought our food out to our car while we were waiting! Which was way faster than we expected. If you are looking for good Asian cuisine, I highly recommend this place and definitely worth the drive!☺️

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered two dinners. Shrimp lo mein was just ok. My orange chicken was definitely not orange chicken (made the wrong thing I am assuming-was not good) and the fried rice on the side was crispy. I drove from East Troy to Chopsticks in Waterford as they were the only Chinese takeout place open on a Monday that I could find. I was so disappointed.

We buy all our Chinese food from here. It's fast and close to home plus on my way home from work.
Chopsticks always delivers a good meal at an affordable price. We have done several large takeout orders from them and every time our order was perfect and nothing was left out. The menu is huge and there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly. Also organizing the orders by phone numbers has made the pick process an easy experience for every visit.

My bill was $39 for 2 meals and crab Rangoon. I thought there might be a problem when the lady who answered the phone had trouble understanding my order. One meal was totally wrong. The other (Sesame chicken) was so chewy it was inedible. The Crab Rangoon was ok. I don’t know what’s changed but I don’t think I will be back. I will take my receipt and see if anybody there will make it right. I will update if they do.
