Cashier was very pleasant and personable. Pineapple strawberry Blizzard was not blended well, no flavor, no chuncks of fruit, seems like it was made with a little bit of syrup. Very dirty inside - the doors, tables, floors, counter were all dirty. I'm not talking about a random spill or finger print on the doors either. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Will not be returning

Today the lobby is closed and the food taste like it was just heated up, onion rings were so hard, the chili on the hot dog look like it was sitting on it for hours, and we sat outside after going thru the drive thru

Not sure if the owner is aware of this TikTok account made at their location but it’s absolutely disgusting! And completely filthy. The trays are covered in ice cream, the dip take is covered in cone dip, the counter tops are littered with candies, the sauce pumps are drenched in sauce, and they post tiktok videos of items that aren’t even on the menu. Username is @waterford.dq Please clean your store!

Walked in and up to the counter to order, i had to wait for the 3 giggly girls back by the kitchen to finish their conversation before someone came to the front counter. While we're eating I noticed 2 groups of 4 come to the door, turn and leave at 6:15. When I left I realized why, the manager had locked the doors. They closed at 7;00, but the doors were locked at 6:15. This place has the worst customer service. They are ALWAYS standing in the back talking. I'm done with this place! Manager should be fired.

Took over 25 mins just to get two burger meals... when we walked in their was only one other family here it's not it was busy.
Good food, staff is very friendly. The other fast food places around the area need to take notes on how their staff is. DQ seems to always retain great staff!
The manager Brylee helped me at the front register and he was very professional! Food was excellent and blizzards were cold and delicious. The ice cream quite literally melting in my mouth. So good! I definitely recommend this location.

Good luck placing an online order for pickup in hopes that any of the "kids" that work there will even see the online ticket come through until you show up to pick it up and they realize that an order was placed. (this has happened multiple times, just to test the theory). They should start by actually placing the ticket machine where they actually SEE it.

Would recommend if you like eating finger nails!My mom stopped in last night and got a mint Oreo blizzard. While she was eating she bit down on something plastic, she thought it was a part of a spoon or something… no, there was a fake nail mixed into the blizzard. This is so unbelievably disgusting and unprofessional.Don’t worry though! - the manager offered a free blizzard next time! (There will never be a next time) How gross and sad.
