This location used to have a lot of problems, but recently they have come under new ownership, they have the items that are on the menu, the store is cleaner than it has been in years, the food is coming out in time, with speed of service. I didn’t realize Dairy Queen had so much food

I went to the drive thru knowing it closes at 10 PM, when I got there I asked for a 6pc chicken tender and they replied with “I apologize but our fryers are off”. I didn’t mind much, but then when I tried to get a number three they replied saying “we can’t make the onion rings in your burger because the fryers are off” once again I didn’t mind much. But then, I tried to order soft pretzel sticks, and they replied “sorry our oven is off, the only thing we can make for you are burgers”. I think that’s just stupid, they are open till 10pm that typically means that you can order anything on their menu until close.

When it first opened, this was a great DQ. Now, they’ve settled into complacency. They are now staffed only by children. The last 3 orders have all been messed up. One was an order for sauced and tossed buffalo chicken strips and they gave me BBQ - with a buffalo sauce cup. In other words, they realized they messed up but didn’t care to fix it. Then I ordered BBQ strips and paid for an extra ranch, but received 0. The most recent was a Mix & Match and they only gave me half of it. The only way to attempt to get a resolution is to call or visit the store. The surveys are useless and there is no way to reach corporate. Talking to the children that staff it isn’t going to be useful, so I dispute the transactions and have them charged back to DQ. Apparently the franchise owner doesn’t care enough to fix it and corporate doesn’t care enough to give customers a way to contact them, so I will stop hoping they’ll improve and stop going there. If you decide to order from this location, be sure to thoroughly check your order before you drive off - they probably messed it up.

Been here few times keep waiting for someone to clean didn't want to touch door I don't thin its ever been cleaned. Was told no chocolate ice cream it was broke.. so dairy queen can't get a chocolate ice ream not first time seems something is always broke.. I can see why family owned place in town is always busy they care what customers think and want them to come back

Cashier was very pleasant and personable. Pineapple strawberry Blizzard was not blended well, no flavor, no chuncks of fruit, seems like it was made with a little bit of syrup. Very dirty inside - the doors, tables, floors, counter were all dirty. I'm not talking about a random spill or finger print on the doors either. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Will not be returning

Today the lobby is closed and the food taste like it was just heated up, onion rings were so hard, the chili on the hot dog look like it was sitting on it for hours, and we sat outside after going thru the drive thru
