This McDonald’s has gone down hill, the play area is filthy lately, it used to be super clean…the Diet Coke is flat not fresh at all & a few weeks ago they had Coke hooked up to the Diet Coke line & several times my order has been wrong in the drive thru, I understand a bad day but the last few months have been junk

Food safety violation and terrible customer service.
I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that it needs to be shared.
My wife and daughter visited this McDonald’s and ordered a drink that required cream. While the drink was being made, my wife noticed the employee shaking the cream container upside down, which seemed odd but she didn’t think much of it. When they got back to the car and put a straw in the drink, it immediately fizzed up like a fountain. They then saw that the cream inside was curdled, chunky, and clearly spoiled.
My daughter has an autoimmune disease that affects her stomach, so my wife sent her in to kindly ask for the drink to be remade. She came back out saying she was told, “That’s the way it’s supposed to be made.”
My wife then went in herself and was met with rudeness and refusal to help. The employee insisted nothing was wrong, even after showing a brand-new, unopened container of cream. When my wife asked if they could at least remake the drink using the fresh cream, she was told flat-out that they would not remake it and they would not do anything.
Serving spoiled dairy is already unsafe, but refusing to remake the drink—especially when a child with health issues consumed part of it—is unacceptable. The customer service was equally concerning. I hope management takes this seriously, checks their food safety practices, and addresses the way customers are being treated.
My wife left the drink there and refused to let our child drink any more of it.

Mcdonalds food is gross but super convenient 👌🏽 👏 literally only good thing is using the receipt to buy one get one (bacon eggs and cheese bagel) 😋 9.90 everytime for 2 bagels and a coke 😋

Convenient easy in & out McDonald's. Nice clean play area for the kids. Clean, modern with self ordering kiosks. Next to a mini mart and gas station for your convenience.

Ordered a caramel frappe with 2 shots of espresso they gave me mocha ( tried it maybe they just added drizzle ) but it was mocha through and through. The manager was a delight, she fixed it no problem and has the biggest smile every time I’m there

The entire staff was very professional, accurate with the order, and was constantly cleaning the restaurant. The playplace is also a great addition; clean, spacious, and a good area to let your kids play while you get some work done

Food was fresh and service was alright once it came. Could use improvement on the ‘’fast’’ part seeing as it IS just a typical fast food joint, McDonald’s … other than lack of speed tho friendly staff and good atomosphere and freshly made food
Got a strawberry banana smoothie, it was warm, melted and tasted like plastic. I went inside to try to exchange it, nobody came to help. Went through the drive through to exchange it and the kid in the window had an attitude and was getting mad at the machine, dropping f-bombs. After waiting 10 minutes he had me pull forward. After another 10 minutes he gave me the smoothie which taste the same, like plastic. Terrible service, terrible quality.

Was the only car in the drive through at 9:45pm. Waited 15 minutes for what i was told was fresh fries. Only to get home 1 block away and they were cold. Ordered a bacon 🥓 cheese burger with only mustard and quarter pounder no onions and 2 fries. Not that hard. Neither burger was even close. I'll save the money next time.
