Grossest burger i ever tasted. Haven’t eaten here in a year because we moved . Came back to visit family stopped and two of the orders were wrong and the meat on my hamburger tasted like old dried up rubber . Very nasty.

Two times in a row we ordered food on the kiosk and paid extra for more chicken patties and our bill was over $45 and never once received the extra food. Complained to McDonald’s corporate and all I got back was “sorry that happened “ Will never be going back!

The codes for discounts in app does not work at this McDonald’s and management at this McDonald’s does not care at all. They know they can’t get the discount manually entered so they just screw you and charge full price hoping you won’t notice. TO THE OWNERS: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. DESPICABLE. I’ll be helping myself to a free soda every time now. Screw you.

To many times now I've gone there and they messed my order up went there today and one of my sandwiches tasted burnt and dried out like it was sitting out for way to long few other times the forgot most of not all the toppings for the sandwich like if I'm paying extra money for something I better get it

I recently placed an order at my local McDonald's and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I placed an order that included a 6-piece nugget, which I was really looking forward to. However, when it arrived, I discovered that my nuggets were missing entirely!
I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, hoping for some assistance, but I was met with a lack of concern and indifference. The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue and told me there was nothing they could do about it.
I felt ignored and frustrated, and here I am—still hungry and disappointed. It's really upsetting when a simple order can turn into such a hassle, especially when customer service is lacking. I hope they improve their attention to detail and how they treat their customers in the future.
Don’t order a 6 piece chicken nugget because you might not even get it.
One visit, order messed up 5 times, buns for burgers hard enough to knock on. Do not recommend this location besides the fact they have a play place for the kids
