Liked the old place better, food quality has gone down at least from this past experience. Burgers and tots x4 all cold, fish fry x3 cold. Expensive to not get it spot on.

For years Spanky's was one of our favorite places to go for pizza. My husband used to rave about Spanky's, and tell everyone to try it... We never minded making the long trip from West Bend to Waterford!
Sorry to say that the last few times we visited since they've moved to their new location, our opinion has changed.
Not only was the service just so so, our pizza arrived at our table with the wrong toppings, burnt edges, and it looked as though cheddar cheese has been over baked in a pile of grease on top. It was ORANGE. As we could not find our waitress, (the food was delivered to our table by another staff member) I had to get up and ask the hostess for assistance. When our waitress did appear back at the table, we explained that the toppings were not what we ordered, and that it
appeared to have overbaked cheddar cheese on top. She told us that it was not cheddar, but that Spanky's has changed their recipe for their sauce, and that is what now turns the pizza orange. ???
However, she also stated that our pizza did "not look right", it shouldn't be THAT orange and greasy.
She took the pizza back to the kitchen and placed another order for us. The second pizza came out looking better, but still was not correct... missing onions, had extra cheese and no sauce. We ordered light cheese, and extra sauce. 😒
After trying a few pieces, everyone at the table agreed it did not have any flavor. We don't know if this is because the sauce recipe has changed... the sauce was what always made Spanky's pizza so delicious!
We finally paid our bill at the bar as our waitress never came back to the table to collect.
Sadly, I don't think we'll be back.

Everything was great until we had the margaritas. House margaritas were $5.00 and we asked to instead have Milagro tequila instead. Retail price on a bottle of Milagro is under $40 so we thought maybe a few dollars more per drink. To our surprise each of our Margaritas with Milagro was $28.00 per drink!!! We spoke with the waitress and she says yup, that’s what they charge. Well unfortunately when 2 drinks cost more than our entire dinner you just lost me as a customer.

UPDATE: thank you to the owner for reaching out, so very professional and customer oriented. Followed up with all involved. Will definitely continue to patronize Spanky’s , everyone can have a bad day in the kitchen or on the floor. ❤️ Mardi Gras Special Jambalaya- large bowl of white rice, 3 slices of sausage 1 small piece of chicken, they had diced tomatoes and peppers thrown on top too.. All lukewarm warm. There was a little heat but no flavor. Not jambalaya. Cornbread dry and cold. Tall drink glass, mainly cranberry juice. Cajun shrimp poboy- good amt of shrimp, drizzled w a “cajun” sauce. Stick to pizza dine in or carry out. So disappointed.

We ordered pick up and were disappointed in the food. The taste of the food was good, however everything was cold and we even had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the food to be finished.

Planned to spend the afternoon with family from out of town here. The hostess very accommodating, the server not so much! Customer service should be a top priority but I can see from previous reviews the owner sided with staff. Do not recommend.

We had a large group coming in on a busy day. Addison was very welcoming and accommodating. She sat us at a six top until rest of group came. Waitress gabby served us at first great. Addison got us more chairs and all of a sudden six chairs at our table was too many. Now we can't stay. It's a fire hazard. She served us originally.

New place is nice. Take out area great. Most of the time I get wings or pizza. Both great. Waterford doesn't have much, few places, so it's nice to have spankys to help fill the void. Stop and see for yourself, you will go back multiple times.

My brother and myself where there a couple months ago. First time there. We both had pizza, i thought the meat, pepperoni or sausage had an off taste. Being a Chef for many years, including country clubs, hotels, supper clubs and the like. I consider to have a pretty good taster. I chaulked it up to maybe some unique brand for spankys. I proceed with rip roaring cramps and diarrhea. Found out later, my brother also had issues. Not today, my ex calls at tells me shes has eaten at spankys and had diarrhea so bad she was bleeding. Along with cramping. There's something not right with health standards there. Improper something, storage, handling. Something. Oh to top it off we waited like 45min for a dumb pizza.

I’ve been here numerous times to eat and the food is great but I found something that i caught and questioned my server. The new menu, I believe it was the newest, according to my server. The prices they charged me are different than the menu. Everything I ordered for food was a dollar more. When I asked my server why There was really no clear explanation. We had fries that come with the food so there shouldn’t be an up charge . My advice is to double check your bill before you hand over payment. Don’t get me wrong I love the food here. It’s great!!
