I always enjoy visiting this Subway location in Waterford! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient—my order is ready fast and always made exactly how I like it. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is soft and warm, and the store is kept very clean. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or taking dinner home for the family, I can rely on this Subway to provide great food and service every single time!!! I am from Philadelphia, PA (Fly Eagles Fly) but I travel for work and ended up in this small area in Waterford WI. I was feeling a little homesick so I ordered a philly cheese steak from subway online to pick up and everything went fine, my order was prepared on time and waiting for me when I arrived. When I picked the order up I was greeted with polite greetings from the foreign man and woman working inside, when I got back to my hotel room I was beside myself they called this a Sandwich and served it to a paying customer. Such a let down. 1 star.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever gotten food from and had I not ordered it online I don't even think I would have picked it up had to left it there we didn't need it we threw it away. The manager didn't offer us anything he just basically told us to blow one. The two people working there don't speak English can't make your sandwich properly and they obviously don't know how to clean and there's bugs. Don't waste your money on the subway in Waterford it is terrible terrible terrible terrible oh my God how terrible.

If I could give them a zero I would. I got a sub with just meat nothing on it that I ordered online that was supposed to be a garlic cheese steak. The people that work there don't speak English. They gave me the manager's number and I called him and he basically told me to stuff it because it's what I ordered and that's what was on the receipt and he had no control over what I ordered online. He made no effort whatsoever to offer me another sub or to go to the store and have it replaced nothing. He told me that he was going to use my he had my receipt I have my receipt too to show that that's what I ordered and that's what I wanted and that's what I got. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a lifetime restaurant worker I cannot believe the conditions of that store. Not only was that sandwich a problem they obviously don't know how to read and they don't know how to clean The place is filthy and I saw I saw bugs we will never go there again and we threw all other food away, then went to Taco Bell and had dinner. Still was a waste of $40 I hope he doesn't happen to you I hope you read the reviews.

The toppings looked old and were brown. Felt a little uncomfortable from being stared at by 3 employees the whole time, but other than that, the place is very clean! Women's toilet is broken, but that's not the employees' fault. It's still usable, just not sturdy at all..

I went there today, July 7, 2024. We went after church, to order two subs. When we ordered the first one which was supposed to be a tuna wrap, the person who made the wrap said that they don’t have wraps anymore. However, on the menu, it said that they were offering them. so we decided to do a flatbread instead. After making the two sandwiches I asked if they had Caesar dressing and instead of answering my question, he started pouring salt, pepper, and oregano on top of the sandwich. Which is fine. It doesn’t bother me that that was added, but it’s not what I requested. I had the hardest time understanding that he said and I think he had a difficult time understanding what I was saying to. I asked if there was soup and he said that they don’t have soup anymore because no one buys it. For some reason that doesn’t surprise me. In general, the overall food quality is to subway standard but the customer service is very poor.

Stingy on meat and sandwich toppings and wont accept coupons. Never ran into that at another subway in all my travels.
