Unfortunately, this review is quite overdue. The amount of times I've been here, I should've written this long before. The burgers here have never disappointed. The smash burger style is always crispy on the edges and juicy on the inside with a nicely toasted bun. The fries are always good as well. Even better ever since they changed the oil to beef tallow. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Granted, there were a small handful of times when the fries were a little soggy, but that rarely happens.
Another unique thing about this place that they make their own condiments. The tomato ketchup has a nice tang to it, but my favorite is always to get a side of the noble sauce for my fries.
As I already have been for a while, I will continue to visit this place for my smash burger and beef tallow fry fix.

Screw Leon's in milwaukee. THIS IS WHAT ITS ABOUT. every bite of my burger was flavored and delicious. Not dripping in grease. . . The soda. Delicious. Every drop. Do not get me started in the custard, as I dont have all week to explain how amazing it is. Stop going to culvert or kopps and start coming to Noble Brothers. Caramel cashew and orange dream are our favorites!

Small burger joint. Some of the best burgers and fries around. No indoor seating - only some picnic tables with a little shade. Ice cream store next door was closed, but it's what we would have had next if it was open.

Drove by this place over the weekend. Had to stop on the way back through. Definitely the old school yummy fat greasy (not too greasy,Just right) cheeseburger That I have been craving for years!!! Along with an order of fries that was so large, cheap, and fresh cut, paired with their ridiculously amazing ketchup! đ€€ I will most definitely be coming back for a burger and fries. I will also be trying the rest of their homemade sauces!

This is it, Culver's, but BETTER! No messing around with frozen patties. These burgers are made to order! The staff was fantastic and courteous, very amenable to our needs. Special burger was a Cowboy and they were able to make it to how I wanted it. OMG....The French fries were plentiful and reasonably priced. 3$ for a large quantity with plenty of bagglers thrown in. The best part is the homemade ketchup...I want, the recipe. All in all, I recommend. Fantastic, and will return. Thanks much for a great lunch!

Had the Noble Burger (Noble sauce = basically a spicy Big Mac sauce), fries, and root beer. Cashier asked if I wanted handmade ketchup --I said sure.
This was an amazing burger. Smash burger style, pickles, onion, that sauce. Not all wet and drippy, more in the neater/ drier side, like a well made burger at a cookout. Well seasoned. Nicely cooked with textbook smash burger lace around the edges.
Fries were outstanding. Crispy outside and fluffy steamy inside. Well salted. The ketchup was sweeter and more tomato-ie than store bought. Very very good.
Root beer was also very good. Right up there in the top tier root beer class.
We will absolutely be back to this gem.
...only drawback is no tables. Just the hot asphalt parking lot. Some crummy picnic tables over in the grass on the side/back of the building, but eating in a side alley sliver of grass is sort of a let down compared to food. My advice: take it with you and eat it at a park or somewhere nice. Or in your car you monster.
