First time here and Waterford Stillhouse is such a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and Michael made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The drinks are top-notch smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Whether you’re stopping by for a tasting, grabbing a cocktail, or just hanging out with friends, it’s an all-around great experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

Stopped in today on a random road trip Sunday. Had a bourbon flight of their high rye bourbon, double barrel bourbon, and cask strength wheated bourbon. All were very tasty. Our skilled mixologist also crafted an amazing gin cocktail for my wife that she enjoyed very much. Had a great time and will be back.

We were a the Stillhouse a couple years ago. It was a good experience, but we just don't happen to go to many bars to drink. (but they do have a few food items).
However, we were at the Waterford River Rhythms concert last night and they were there serving cocktails with their products. Super friendly people, and the prices were reasonable. Got myself a perfectly made Bourbon Old Fashioned Sweet.

This excellent venue has been around for a while, but my first time visiting, and I wish I had gone sooner! The drinks are creative and delicious, homemade bitters and syrups make all of the difference. Hand cut ice cubes, fermented rhubarb syrup, cardamon essence to create a perfect flavor experience, the list is endless. Kevin is doing an amazing job of making Waterford a better place! Oh, and the barrel aged vodka… I didn’t see that coming, but left with some to enjoy at home. Will be back again and often.
After visiting a few times and going to other places I realized this place is a treasure. So much is hand made..the tonic.. the grenadine...the booze. It makes the drinks taste amazing. Not to mention the award winning gin and vodka. The staff is amazing, friendly and you truly feel at home the first time you walk through the door. They always have community functions and fun 'nights out activities.' If you haven't come here, you are missing out. Stop in!

First time there today (11/16). Our experience was wanderful. The service was great. The bourbon was tasty (wait until they release the Dbl BBl bourbon!) It was so nice I joined the Society. Can't wait to go back.
