People in the kitchen told the cashier to stop taking orders so we had to wait 15 minutes for our orders to be taken. There was literally maybe 6 people in line and the kitchen guy was flipping out. Also while being in line 3 different people went up to say their orders were wrong and the we went to the car and my friend saw that his order was wrong. We waited another 15 minutes for it to get corrected

Asked for a burger with no pickles, got a burger that had pickles put on to it and then taken off. You can't just take pickles off of a burger, they have a VERY STRONG TASTE. Took one bite and threw it away.

The dining area was very warm and humid insid, this isn't the first time the dining area felt like this. It felt like I was outside in the summer heat eating.
