We were not having luck finding someone to make elephant shaped cookies for our kids Baby Sprinkle. I had a pair of earrings that I wanted them to look like. We went to Chandler House Bakery on short notice. They were amazing matched perfectly and tasted delicious. Reminded me of my Grandmother's. I will go back Chandler House went above and beyond!!!

We have been going to Chandler House since their store opened. We get our daughter's birthday cupcakes there each year and stop in occasionally to get treats. You are always greeted with a smile. I haven't had an item that I haven't loved.

My sister brought me to Chandler House while I was visiting over the holidays. What a great place! The treats were creative and delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly inclusive. CH also really supports its neighbors and community. When we asked about coffee, they said they don’t sell coffee but that we were welcome to bring coffee from other local coffee shops inside. They don’t want to take business away from their neighbors and I respect that so much!

Watertown is lucky as heck to have such an incredible bakery. Everything is DELICIOUS (truly, the best desserts I’ve ever had in my life and I can say with confidence that it will remain that way). The vibe is AMAZING (genuinely welcoming of everyone; you can feel the good, loving energy). It’s so cute inside and such a cool place to hang out and enjoy some tasty treats. And the owner+ employee are both some of the NICEST people I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. Truly. There are some people you meet and you’re like, “they truly are made of everything that is good in this world.”
