We love Culver’s but this location is the absolute worst. Got dinner the night before we flew out for our honeymoon as a safe meal before a flight. Got home to see the onions almost looked fried and even the tomatoes on our double deluxe burgers which was weird considering they’re normally raw. Something was clearly wrong because we both got very sick and felt like crap the first couple days of our honeymoon including non stop bathroom breaks through the airport and plane! I went through the drive-through for my favorite cranberry bacon Bleu salad. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! My salad was awesome as usual!!

We go to this Culver’s fairly often. I have never had service this this before. It was the worst !!! We sat in the drive thru for about 4 min and no one came…we drove to the window and told them what happened, the young man stated he would get someone and that never happened. We pulled over and I went inside. There were 4 crew members waiting for their food and even went up to the counter to ask where their orders were. I asked who the young man at the drive thru window was and I was told that he never got a name tag. All I ordered was 3 mixers and one was like soup. I told the crew manager behind the counter this was the worst service I ever had…. We will see if we go back or hit the one in Johnson Creek…After reading some of the reviews it looked like some thing never change!!!

Last few times I've been here I've asked for no onions on my burger let it slide the first time and the second time and the third time but im at the point that I've lost all hope that this location can execute an order properly and have given up hope that I will ever eat here again. Check your food before you leave apparently there is no trust that it's correct.

$29 for two cod dinners, a few fries, 2 cups of coleslaw, 2 small buns with no butter,2 paper napkins. Ridiculous price for a drive up! No drinks either.

Dec 2023 update. Hit the drive thru, asked if I had the extra tartar sauce, the young man checked the bag before handing it over, said "No", handed me the bags, ran back inside and brought me two more! Bravo! I assume he's a sup or team lead as he was buzzing around inside checking in and helping his team.The teammates here are always friendly and helpful. They always seem to miss a few items in drive thru, but the manager has always made it right. Don't be like me, check your bag before pulling away :)
