Best subs in town for the price. People are always friendly and never had a bad experience here.Parking: I always have the #11 country club and add onions. It's a great sandwich. Ham, turkey, provolone, lettuce, mayo and tomato. I add extra mayo when I get it home.Super delicious. All their favorites are good. The gargantuan is really good, but gives me a little heatburn. It's worth it though.

of the last three trips here, we've had subs incorrectly made, missing items, as well as waiting over an hour for a delivery. we tried to be patient, but with how expensive it is, we will not be using this location anymore and will be going elsewhere.

ordered online and waited an hour for it to arrive, never got anything, and checking the tracker, it got marked as "completed" even though i received nothing. luckily i chose to pay with cash so im not out money, but still.

I love Jimmy John's. Food is always good, been a customer since 2019. This location though has repeatedly let me down. I have ordered from it around 8 or 9 times since moving to this area. Everytime I do though, something is ALWAYS wrong. My sandwiches are either incorrect or missing. The last time I ordered, they messed up my sandwiches to the point that it wasn't even close. I called and the store and spoke to the managerHe comped my order which was cool, and gave me free sandwiches to what I ordered the next day, but they were wrong again. Twice in a row on the same order, and it was wrong. I just ordered now and this ones silly to complain about, but they forgot my chips. Yes it's like a 2 dollar bag of chips, but it's the principle at this point. I shouldn't have to call back for a delivery order to get what I need.....everytime. I paid and tipped 20%. This is getting ridiculous at this point and I'm going to start going to the store in person to make sure I get everything I ordered. I have no complaints other then that. Just very disappointed.

Twice now we've ordered delivery from this store and, after waiting almost an hour with still no food, we called, and either it just rang and rang, or someone would either answer but immediately say "Jimmy Johns, please hold," then keep us on hold until we have up; or, someone would pick up (but not answer) and immediately hang up. Eventually, we did get our sandwiches, but they were incorrectly made. So, so contacted corporate, who said they'd have the owner/manager reach out. A week passed, and nothing, so I contacted corporate again and they said they'd let the store owner/manager know. Shortly afterwards, I got an apologetic email from "store manager" Kenny Rhoades, using a highly unprofessional sounding email address ([email protected]). He offered to "credit my account," but when I wrote back to see what that entailed, I never heard back from him. Foolishly, we tried to order again tonight, an hour before close, and the same thing happened. I had to go into the store personally - where they were clearly not busy - and cancel my order.Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, I guess.We will never order from this Jimmy Johns (perhaps any Jimmy Johns) again.Terrible!
