Placed an order online. Supposedly order was ready to pick up. 20 minutes later, still waiting. No one has even asked for my name or what I ordered. Was just told it will still be another 5-10 minutes. Turns out the order was sitting there and no one knew it was mine. If this is how KFC corporate manages a store, I can see why the previous KFC here went under.

I found hair in my potatoes and coleslaw. I hear about a lot of stories from customers through door dashing. Stay away.

Ordered bowls for our 5 member family. Asked to swap mashed for fries. They did but then skipped out on the chicken. When I called them they basically said we were stoopid. Apparently Watertown is where KFC comes to die LOL

Bought the original recipe. It was not like we remembered it to be and it actually looked pretty gross! The price is ridiculous for the low quality of the chicken. Definitely a waste because we did not even eat any of it! Will not return!

I placed a mobile order at 5:00 to pick up at 5:45. It’s almost 6:30 and still not ready to pick up. Been sitting there since 5:44. The doors are locked so can’t go inside to check in order. This is ridiculous.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Waited 45 minutes for food and the entire time the manager was screaming at the other employees and complaining when he could have been doing orders the entire time. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be coming back here anymore.

How yall a chicken place but got the most dry overcooked rubbery chicken with rude service!!!! This is exactly why the last one closed. We need a Popeyes at least their chicken is good.

Went to get dinner I already paid for on the app at about 645 at night. Get to the store and try to open the door and it's locked. Meanwhile there's about 4 high-school aged kids standing inside. Walk to the other door it's also locked. Had to bang on the door to get them to unlock a door.Do with this info what you will

I normally have a good experience, with yummy food But today ( 2/4/24) I ordered a fill up box, wrap and coleslaw. The chicken nuggets you could tell it was past there sit period, hard and cold. Biscuits hard, cold and fries cold. Chicken was ok had to wait for it. Also the staff had a disagreement while I was there and I heard swaring. Very unprofessional.

I place a order online for pick up 6:30 it's 6:45get to store order not ready other people walking in getting their orders.Seriously stop standing around chatting. 30.00 for meal get terrible service

Ordered pickup, missing what we actually ordered, 2 5 piece tender combos, came with fries, one with coleslaw and one with Mac and cheese, what we actually ordered was one with Mac and cheese/potatoes and one with fries and Mac and cheese. Highly disappointed.
