Extremely bad experience, again. There were no employees available to take an order; we were forced to use the overly-complicated kiosk, which was out of paper, so we didn't get a receipt. We chose to dine in, but when our food was ready, nobody came to deliver the meal and collect the number. The person calling out the prepared meals from the counter was yelling unintelligibly, so our food sat until we went to check on our order. The food itself was poorly-made: cold, undercooked fries, the wrong burger - made very sloppily - and the soda fountain area was extremely messy and sticky with spilled drinks. Also, the syrup/carbonation mix was obviously incorrect - a cup shouldn't be half-full of foam. When we went to complain, again, no crew members were visible. We will not be going back to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Asked how to use the kiosk. Was told I'll take your order at the register. That will not help me learn how to use the kiosk.

This place is terrible. Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes while employees just stared at me and the line, eating their own food. All the garbages were so full you couldn't actually use em. The area in the back, at least that part you can see was filthy....I can only imagine the part you can't see

Food isn’t good. Workers are rude. Ordered an iced macchiato that is already expensive and it wasn’t even full it was over an inch under filled. Workers were just standing around talking. Cant say anything about it because they don’t care and won’t do anything about it

I love the breakfast bagel when Chad the breakfast manager isn't working. They don't put the sauce, onions or the seasoning the correct way. There is like none. Only when he's working though.

This place sucks!!! 2nd time trying to order in drive thru and they constantly skip you in line or don't even acknowledge your existence! You have two lanes and you should think it be easy enough to keep track of whose next but apparently you need a 12yr degree to work a drive thru!!! Will not ever be coming to this McDonald's ever for anything. Good luck ordering!!!

Everybody kinda knows the food is low quality. That's not why you go. You go cause it's cheap and fast. But thus particular mcdonald's is also run poorly and the staff have a bad attitude towards customers and each other unfortunately.
Sometimes food is great and other times it is not.

Long lines, long wait times, wrong soda not the best mc ds. Update- even worse than before, order is always wrong no matter what you get. Horrible place every time I've ever been there, one of the worst mcds I've ever been to.

I went through the drive thru. The one who took my order and the ones at the windows for were all very short and rude.
Lady at the speaker for taking my order, didn’t say anything other than, “what can we get you”. Made a sigh when I said I’d be using a code. Mind you, I used to work at McDonald’s, in the drive thru at that, and I know the dos and donts of how to “properly” take an order per McDs standards. I also know as a HUMAN that it’s not hard to just be decent and friendly, especially when you’re literally being paid to do so. She said maybe 2 words through the whole order taking process and that was at the end when she said to pull ahead. No order total or anything was given to me until I got to the 1st window.
When at the 1st window, I handed her the money and was given the incorrect change back. I was given $3 and no change when I should have got $10 and some change. She also gave me no receipt with it (I watched her throw it away) and when I asked if I could get the rest of what was owed to me, I got nothing but attitude and basically told I was wrong. My order was $9 and some change. I gave $20. She got super crappy with me when she then had to reprint my receipt to not only show the proper change I should have been given, but also because I keep receipts. (I use fetch so all receipts get entered) get that all sorted and given nothing but attitude and basically was told I was wrong until I could prove it with the receipt.
Get to the next window to get my food, and just because I know mistakes can happen, I always check bags. Definitely sucks driving off and getting home, just to see not everything is there. When I asked if I could get a ranch, as it was not in the bag with the nuggets I ordered, it was instantly “I have to charge you for it” and then when I nicely said “it’s just not in the bag and I ordered nuggets” I got an eye roll and a scoff and then basically had the ranch thrown at me.
I get that people have bad days, but leave that ish at the door when you walk into your place of employment. You’re being paid to do a job, act accordingly.

Not only were the employees rude, but the food was undercooked. Especially the fries, and they dropped our kids meal out the drive through window because the worker was more worried about his conversation with the female behind him they didnt even offer assistance or offer to replace the meal just shut the window like it never happened. We then had to sit and wave them down to get any of the condiments that we had asked for . Which a again was a big inconvenience because we were interrupting there conversation. Will not be returning.

This place is so filthy. The touch screens had streaks of whatever all over them. The floor a mess. The garbage bins also had streaks of junk. I also saw an employee use the restroom and leave without washing their hands. So gross!!
