Every time I come here they get my order wrong and pay more than I should because Items are missing. It also took an obscene amount of time for a smaller older than what i actually paid for, it was literally just a triple cheeseburger with one extra patty. This took ten minutes with no one else in the drive through and from what i saw hardly anyone inside. And they still missed the extra patty.

what a horrible location, i was here 12/30/25 at 11:54 pm, I place a mobile order and the restaurant and menu lights were all on and open, i saw multiple workers but no one answered the menu ordering spot, we pulled up after sitting for 10-15 mins to the next window maybe they were making our food, we saw one worker sweeping the lobby area and another just walking around the back area which we made eye contact with the worker. we sat their another 10 minutes without any answer so we knocked on the window multiple times very gently but loudly the workers had to have heard us but chose to ignore us, thankfully we were able to cancel our mobil order but the car behind us in line had told us that the workers at this location “do this all the time” if google says ur open until 2 am it’s not my fault sorry, and no one forced you to take a job that requires you to take a few orders past midnight also not my fault. Now today 12/31/25 at 6:35pm we placed a mobil order again just for the 13 cookie tote and shake and as of writing this review we waited 20 minutes what a horrible reputation this place is building.

It's mcdonald's you kind of know what you're getting into when you go here. I will say it is very rare that the chicken nuggies are fresh. They are almost always sitting under the heat lamp for a while.

What I really love about ordering from this location is the consistency, No matter what I order it always looks like a toddler prepared it while having a temper tantrum and then handed it off to be run over by a car before they serve it to me. Great work!

0 stars, absolutely horrible. Wanted to try the pickle salted fries, so my wife and I ordered the Grinch Meals. Got home with our meals, food is all colder than my Dr. Pepper and my her chocolate shake. The shake is melted and the consistency of syrup. The burgers seem old, and scattered throughout their boxes. The kicker here is neither of us got the pickle salt in our meals, so we couldn't even try the fries that were the WHOLE REASON for buying these pathetic meals! On top of it all, my Grinch socks are bright baby blue colored, so in the trash they go. An absolute complete waste of time and $35! DON'T EVER go to McDonald's expecting anything but disgust and utter disappointment.

At 12am on November 24th. Manager was shaking his head and ignoring the 4 cars in the drive thru so he could mop. Why are these kids even paid when they can't even make a burger. What an embarrassment to Mc donalds. I can't imagine what life must be like to be that lazy.

I usually get mcdonald’s here pretty often and i use the mcdonald’s app for delivery and ive never really had any problems until today i placed an order around 8:30 it is currently 11:50 and the food is still not here i called when it hit the 2 hour mark and the person who answered seemed mad but it isn’t my fault i don’t know why it’s taking over 3 hours to get 2 meals
What's the point of asking if you want sauce if they never put it in the bag like it's not that hard

I come here fairly frequently and haven’t really had any problems until today. I pulled into the parking lot and immediately started getting screamed at by an employee, I’m not talking yelled at, I mean full volume screamed at to the point where their voice was cracking. I was being told I was going to get prosecuted and the cops were going to be called. There was a person leaving the parking lot and they were blaring an air horn out of their window and apparently I was getting accused of it. Thankfully there was another person in the parking lot who witnessed what happened and they stood up for me. I went inside and ordered my food and sat down just to have my food get delivered to my table by the same person who yelled at me. They practically threw my food at me and glared at me the whole time they were near me. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Writing this review because I witnessed a staff exit the stall in the men’s room and return to work without washing his hands. Bro is nasty.
Overall the service here is or miss. When it is not busy the service is quick. I always see something entertaining while I’m here. I would rate it 5-stars for people watching.
