My only wish would be for the french fries to be hot AF, every time, without having to ask for fresh french fries! I mean c'mon, the fries literally have a 3 to 5 minute window and that's when they're fresh out of the grease. So please McDonald's throw the rubber taters away or at least ask customers what they prefer, who knows maybe some people enjoy the rubbery texture, I do not however, and I've never had this problem at Culver's so I know it can be done. Also when specifically asking for a LARGE 4.00 fresh french fry the container should be filled to the top, if I want a medium I would ask for a medium... Nothing is more irritating than paying for cold food. ?

Ordered a medium black coffee and got a half full cup of coffee with cream and sugar. Wasn’t hot - pretty sure the cashier handed me her own cup of coffee.

Do not go been at the drive through for about 20 mins bc a worker wouldn’t come to the window and the food was sitting the whole time making it cold and worker was rude. 0/10

Stopped to use restrooms. Decided to have a breakfast meal. The meal was good, and it was delivered to my table.
Christmas day short staffed. 27 mins for a mcchicen light mayo add pickles and a cheese burger add pickles. Both of my Sammies were driven over by a truck. They were hot so still no complaining. Open the chicken about a pound of mayo. I bring it back in and get a new one. Some staff dilly dallies on the line and I ask if I have to wait another 27 mins. I said that should have been the 1st thing staff should have made and I should have had it 15 seconds. Took 3 mins, and I get a sarcastic merry Christmas. If you can't put out a cheeseburger and a McChicken in 5 mins no matter the staff level. Lock the door go home and try again tomorrow

Sat in drive through for 25 min. It was 25 min till they closed. Me and 5 other cars just sat there waiting. When we pulled up the front door the manager locked the door on us. Said they just closed. We said we were waiting there for over 20 min. He said he had a dead headset and didn't know we were all waiting. Sure.... Avoid this location

I waited a good 10 minutes for 1 sandwitch, it was room temperature at best and the bread (McGriddle) was still cold.. I went in because the drive was wrapped around the building.. not

The gentleman in the drive thru was unfriendly, not that I’m expending anything from McDonald’s but you could at least say “HI”, it’s Wisconsin dude. We had to wait to get our order because, “I’m all out of food” according to the unfriendly man.The food was gross. Apple slices tasted like chemicals, coke was flat and watery, unsalted fries(which could be a plus for you if you’re from Illinois) ,didn’t get sauce that I specifically ordered, and no napkins.Plus the price of everything, including one happy meal, cheese burger meal, and nugget meal was $30. Like your McDonald’s, not chili’s. Calm down
