Tasty dye-free ice cream!
I came in as a recommendation and it didn't disappoint at all. I was greeted as I came in and even though the ladies behind the counter (Izzy, Ellie, Sarin, and Mary) were busy they said hello and directed me where to sit. The malt was the best I've had in years & the sconnie burger was a delicious mess.
Been going here since I was a kid and still LOVE IT! Took my almost 98 year old Mom there on Sunday and enjoyed a Wisconsin Hot Dog, beef tallow fries and of course a scoop of homemade ice cream...Drumstick for Mom and Pistachio for me. Winter is an awesome young server there who is very attentive to every customer that comes in and we told her she is doing a super job and keep it up! Will definitely keep coming back!

Mullens Dairy Bar is always like stepping back in time, and enjoying the simple things in life. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. And the ice cream puts a smile on your face.

A must see retro stop in downtown Watertown. Great malts, and the burger and fries were good as well. Atmosphere and old time charm were awesome.

I moved from watertown 40 years ago. Went back to visit family and stopped in for treats. Loved it, great, clean, excellent service and prices. 5 star
Recommended by 2 different people to visit here. Only went for ice cream. My wife and I each had a different flavor but neither one really had much flavor. Just as well been vanilla. Staff was very nice, and cute old style parlor. Would go back to try a burger or hot dog to see how they are.

Food dye free, made on site, ice cream, yet still tastes good. Family friendly, good service, sandwiches, burgers etc. Nice ice cream parlor atmosphere.
