The menu is huge. The portions are huge, and the food comes out of the kitchen fast. I ordered the chicken stir fry, which was awful. It came with a salad and desert, which were the best part of the meal. Chicken was dry. Veggies were from frozen: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and a couple pea pods-standard California mix. Served over a rice mixture with a gravy. White rice would have been a better choice. Not at all what I was expecting from a "stir fry." Servers were great. Place was clean. Prices are low. Just a poor quality product. I should have gone with my first thought....breakfast.

My first visit to this wonderful family owned restaurant. The service was friendly. With their large menu selection. I had breakfast, Florentine eggs Benedict and my daughter had burger and fries. Their menu is very diversified to satisfy all tastes and appetites. Prices are more than reasonable especially with the large servings. When I’m in town again this will be my go to place for a good hearty meal.

I enjoy the little boy who helps me with my cane whenever I walk bye. One time when I went in there he gave me a booth and helped me! Thankyou Mohamed. I will be coming back soon.

First time to Watertown. Stopped for lunch at the Main Street Cafe. Sat down at an open table - many employees walked by and just looked at us. After 15 minutes an older woman who was sitting at the counter folding silverware into napkins offered us menus. She took our order and brought drinks. Food was outstanding. She never returned and offered us refills for our drinks or asked if we needed anything else. When I had a question in regards to the bill the cashier looked at me like I was an idiot - did not answer my question. She told me to figure it out and leave the slip when I was done. She just walked away.

Mainstreet expanded their dining room and I am loving it. It is such a drastic difference in appearance than what it used to be. The remodel is gorgeous for Watertown. Their food is diner type food. Think Denny's, Perkins, or the Pinecone down in Johnson Creek. Breakfast is always good. Dinner and lunch are good too.
