The melts Were crunchy. Not enough sauce with them. Delivery fees were outrageous. The cost of wings was prohibited.

I've eaten here 4 times. First time was delivery and they forgot something. Called 4 times no answer. 2nd time the delivery driver gave me his half eaten lunch. 3rd I thought I would order in the lobby. Man told me 15 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes the same man that took my order came out of the kitchen saw me sitting there ran back and said to someone "hey can you help, this guy has been sitting here forever and I don't know what he wants." The 4th time I ordered for delivery and they delivered completely wrong food but they never answer their phone. I called 3 times.

Ordered online and pizza was an hour late. When it got here, it was barely lukewarm and there was no sauce on my pizza at all. I tried to call the Watertown store four times and it would ring for exactly 2 1/2 minutes and then automatically hang up on you never giving you access to a real human being. I had to order through the app because when I tried to order on the phone, it sent me to a person that wasn’t even Watertown-based and could barely speak English. This was probably my worst experience with pizzahut I’ve ever had. Since the new store has opened, I’ve had a worse experience at the new location compared to when they were at the old location.

Ordered on line and during check out it told us the payment had something wrong. They managed to charge our account, but no order. Forget calling them, they just hang up on you.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app. Was a pretty simple order. A pizza, some chicken alfredo, cheesy bread, and used some points for boneless wings. Delivery was dropped off. Breadsticks instead of cheesy bread and the wings were just missing. Like many other people on these reviews, I tried calling the store. I tried many many times with the exact same result - no one will actually talk to you. They MAY answer, but they will immediately hang up. I went through the app and gave a review of what happened. They said they would review it and get back to me. Then I received an email asking me to rate the order. I gave the review AGAIN. Well, it eventually made it back to the store manager who sent me an email that she gave me a $25 credit on my account. I checked my Pizza Hut account and there is no credit. The original order was December 1st. The email from the manager was on 12/7. There is STILL no credit on my account. I replied to her email to find that it was sent through a 3rd party account and you cannot reply to it. I recommend everyone who has an issue with this store to register on the app, irder through the app, and when the order is messed up, file a complaint through the app. Maybe eventually someone will actually hold this store accountable for their horrible service.

The food was great , delivery was great . Although kinda pist that my points didn't roll over when the new store went out of business. Pizza hut should have let their customers keep their point that they accumulated before they they closed their doors with no prior warnings. Kinda disappointing.

First tried ordering on line with special which included large 3 topping pizza and cinnabuns for a listed price. After checking cart, the three toppings were all extra charge from special pricing jacking our price way up. Called it in. Same thing happen so just order pizza. Checked receipt. Missing ingredients from toppings. Called and called and no answer. Perhaps screwing up orders is how they're making money.

Ordered for a pickup and people were very nice! Added marinara sauce and the woman behind counter told us how much extra it was, went in back room grabbed a small container and brought it out to us.

Food was good. Little slow, don't listen to the online timer, picked up my food when it said it was done and it wasent, had to hang out for about 10 min.

This is our second time ordering delivery from the new location in Watertown. First time our wings were forgotten, I sat on the phone for an hour trying to get ahold of someone at the store, Everytime it would ring for a couple minutes, and then be disconnected. Our second and last time we ordered the basic dinner box, completely wrong pizza and our breadsticks were burnt. I tried calling again and I was disconnected everytime without reaching an associate. It’s irritating when you spend your hard earned money for terrible service and poor quality. I don’t pay for delivery so I have to end up driving to the store to talk to someone, then I would’ve just done a carry out. Needless to say we will not be ordering from here again.

If I could give them a 0 star I definitely would. I ordered wings and soda. Which took them an hour to make. Then when I called to make sure it was out for delivery they hung up on me. Because the phone rang over 12 times then hangs up. It's sad when Domino's is more expensive but at least answers their phone. Not worth the money you pay I think if it takes 2 hours to get wings they should only change half the amount because what's the point of ordering dinner if I could buy wings make them and have it all done in under an hour.

HOPE WE DONT GET ECOLI!RAW CHICKEN WINGS!!!! And can’t get anyone to answer the phone!!!UPDATE: went down there to get money back with the raw chicken and the boy offered to microwave them!!!! MICROWAVE?!?! He stated he could only give us an in store credit and said no, we won’t be back! Boy said that he can’t do that and we have to wait until tomorrow. Also asked, “are your phones broke?” “Why?” “CAUSE WE CALLED 3 TIMES AND HUNG UP ON EVERY TIME!”

The Pizza Hut in Watertown just recently reopened and since Pizza Hut meat lovers pan pizza is my hubby's favorite we decided to try it yesterday for his birthday. I ordered online but paid in the store so I could use a coupon. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pizza was great!

2 hour wait for delivery. Forgot the soda. Pizza was barely luke warm 99 degrees to be exact. Throwing it all out.

Ordered twice since they've been opened. Both times we had issues with our order. Both were carry out orders. First time, they \"forgot\" to make the chicken. After waiting 10 more minutes for the chicken we take it home and discover the sauce is just a little dribble on the chicken, not anywhere near enough to coat it. Second time, the cinnamon rolls were not only burned to a hard crisp, but one was missing. How can you burn them so badly and think \"yep, that's okay\"? And the one that was missing, I have to wonder, did it catch on fire? Did someone have a snack? There are so many questions. Calling to address the issue, just results in the phone being picked up and hung up on immediately. Seems the employees don't actually want to actually talk to anyone. I've heard this is apparently normal and what they do when they don't want to take anymore orders. We had high hopes a fresh start would be better then the old location, unfortunately, it seems to be just as bad as before.
