I visited this location at about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were friendly and didn't watch me like a hawk which is always a bonus. The food was decent, it wasn't busy so understandably the turnover rate wasn't high. Overall I'd go back if I find myself in Watertown again.

Came in about 3:30on a Sunday afternoon , payed 31$ for pizza that I could have gotten from toppers or domino's for alot cheaper, there was no chicken ready , I ate five pieces of pizza before they brought chicken out , chicken is one of tye main reasons I go there , no one cleaned the plate off our table , and there was a hard boiled egg laying on the floor by the salad bar , I doubt very much if I will eat there again .

No forks all night, wait on food for a hour…oh and I got salmonella poisoning from there boiled eggs as the hospital confirmed! Place should be shut down or reported to health services!

Everything was really good had really friendly staff
They close at 9p, we went at 8p thinking we could get a quick dinner in, half hour. Just the 2 of us. They were cleaning up already. They had closed the doors at 830p. What bothers me the most is the staff were dusting the vents over the food and over where we were eating. They did make a whole new dessert pizza when I asked so I'll give them credit for that!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had… there for over an hour, never received the requested specialty pizza. Staff completely nonexistent. No one collecting dishes, SAME pizzas and chicken left out the entire time, no salad on the salad bar, left empty the entire time. Guy near us requested the coffee carafe to be filled three times, never happened. I’ll never go to the Watertown location again!

Update: Classic Pizza Ranch experience. Love the mash potatoes and chicken for some reason, can't get enough. We had a party of 21 and they were prepared to take care of our needs.

I'm the weird one who doesn't like pizza or chicken much but my kid loves this place. I love the salad bar! Good veggies options and dressings. Wish they had more soda options though.
